Starting at a convenient hour, this tour is designed to allow you to have breakfast in your hotel before meeting your guide at the tour departure point in the center of Bayeux. Once onboard, you will be transported in a modern air-conditioned van/ bus to experience the highlights of the Airborne sector, the most western edge of the Normandy landings on june 6th, 1944.

Pierre was an excellent guide…very personable and a professional instructor. Excellent storyteller about events on D-Day and easily able to address questions. Pierre used very clear visual aids to make the events and strategies clear. He kept the tour moving smoothly through the day and allowed personal time for us. The van was very clean and comfortable. This is an excellent tour service and one that I highly recommend.

This was hands down the best tour I have ever been on! Chris was our guide, and he was so incredibly knowledgeable. I was fascinated by everything we saw!! This tour needs to be on everyone’s “must see” list. Thank me later!!

Whether you're already familiar with the topic or just have a basic understanding, our guide Charles made everyone feel welcome throughout the entire tour, encouraged questions, and shared interesting stories and curiosities. Charles is really passionate about the subject and deeply respects the veterans who fought in World War II - which resonates with me!

Exceptional tour. Punctual, thorough, and beautifully executed. Our tour guide, Charles, did a phenomenal job balancing detailed historical accounts of the sites we visited with sufficient time to allow participants to experience them firsthand. I would HIGHLY recommend Bayeux Shuttle to anyone traveling to Normandy to visit some profoundly powerful historical sites. Top Notch all the way!!!

This was an awesome tour. The weather was great in the morning and turned to rain in the afternoon after lunch, but we still had a fantastic time. Our tour guide, Roma, was amazing with so much knowledge on all the different sites we stopped at. Definitely would go on another tour with this company, we enjoyed every minute.

We had a great day touring the American D-Day Sites with Fred. He was excellent! He is very knowledgeable about all of the history of the area and he was interesting to listen to. This tour was definitely a highlight of our trip to France. We could not have had such a great experience without going on a guided tour. We were lucky to be with a nice group of people who asked a lot of good questions. The van was comfortable and we stayed right on schedule the whole day.
Bayeux Shuttle was a great choice. We also took their Shuttle to Mont Saint Michel. They were quick to respond to an email asking a question about the reservations. I would definitely recommend Bayeux Shuttle.

This was an 8 hour trip where we got to see many of the American Normandy landing/drop sites, monuments and cemetaries related to D-Day, including timeline and preparation prior to the amphibious assault. Our guide was Rethro who was a very experienced, English-fluent and charismatic tour guide. The tour with him was very educational, passionate and entertaining. He is a great guide! Would recommend to anyone wanting to take advantage of visiting Normandy and learning more about it's WWII history.

This tour was exactly what we hoped for and more. Marine, our guide, was amazing. She was knowledgeable, accommodating, and made the tour fun. She has a great sense of humor and it made the entire day a joy. If you are lucky enough to get her as your guide, you are in for a wonderful treat.
The Airbourne Tour itself is a great idea as it is wonderful to see the invasion from their point of view and hear the stories that are not as well known. Getting to see Point Du Hoc and ending the day at the US Cemetery as Taps was played was exactly why we chose this tour and it did not disappoint.
