Poor organization and communication. Good bus. Kind staff. Very touristy but not worthy expierences over all. The camels are in poor conditions as well.

Excellent from start to finish, Rachida was very good and knowledgeable. Just shame some people that booked the excursion thought it was only for them moving people's things on the bus so they could sit there making things more complicated than it needed to be.

This tour is amazing. Our tour guide, Hiba, was amazing and organized. Truly wonderful. The tour itself consisted of pickup and drop off from hotel, driving through the dessert to camel rides, then watching argan oil making while having tea and bread with different oil dips. We got to see a view point, then drove to dinner. Dinner was at a beautiful pool area in the desert with live music and a wonderful FOUR courses. The night finished off with fire dancing shows and other music and dancing. We drove back. Hiba, thank you so much!!

My friend and I were short on time in Marrakech, but wanted to spend some time in the desert and ride camels. This package was great as it included transportation, dinner, camel ride and entertainment in Agafay. Big thank you to Samira! We really enjoyed ourselves and being picked up and dropped off close to our riad was so convenient.

It was a very good trip to the desert and the guide Rabiaa was very helpful and pleasant.
The first stop was at the argan oil factory, where we got an explanation and a tasting. Next a panorama photo in the desert. The second stop was at the camels and there was also dinner and a fire show.

Our tour guide Rabiaa communicated to us clearly the time and location of pickup. She sent me a message on WhatsApp early in the morning on the day of the tour so I had no worries or confusion about where to be and what time.
Our Riad was down some alleys so we were picked up at a pickup point only 8 minutes away from our Riad, the pick up was on time and fast!
Rabiaa constantly made sure all the guests were happy and everyone was together, she gave a very clear brief of the tour plan and also gave us some history about the Atlas Mountains and the Berber people. She was also very positive and enjoyed talking to the guests.
Our first stop was an argon oil shop where we had delicious mint tea with bread and a variety of dips being edible argon oil, olive oil, Moroccan Nutella/peanut butter and honey (very smooth!). This was a nice break after a 1 hr drive into the desert and we also got a informative demonstration of how argon oil is produced, we were able to buy a variety of argon oil goods (comes in 100ml/60ml/30ml bottles so suitable for travel) from the shop before moving on to our next step in the trip. We then had some free time to take some scenic photos of the surrounding mountains and rock desert as well as Marrakech in the distance.
The next part of the tour was the camel riding, this was our favourite part, it was a nice 15 minutes ride on camels while the sun was still up, a wonderful and unique experience taking just the right length of time. The camel ride organiser also takes photos for you when you are on the camels and you ride as a group but get one camel each!
Lastly we ate a meal of soup & bread, couscous, chicken tajin and lastly mint tea and cake. Rabiaa served the tajin with enthusiasm which added the enjoyment of the guests. We also got a large bottle of water per couple which was nice. The camel ride was at the same location as where we had the meal. The meal was followed by some entertainment being a traditional Berber band and a fire performer (breathing fire and dancing with fire).
Lastly we were taken back to the same drop off point as our pick up point at around 10:45pm. Rabiaa even moved us to another van where we could get a more direct drop off in the medina with guests going to the same place.
Overall this was a greatly valued experience the only negatives I would say is that we were seated right next to a speaker for our meal so when the music performance started it was very loud in our ears so we got up and stood around instead.

Everything went smoothly, Jihane was very nice & helpful. The sunset was beautiful, dinner was delicious, we listened to live berber music, we danced… a lot of fun. Totally recommend!

The tour itself was fantastic, but the organization prior was awful and made for a really stressful experience. When we booked via Viator, it said it starts at 6pm and pick up will be from your hotel. We then find out they can't pick us up from our hotel and we had to meet at a central location, but they never told us the time. I messaged on so many occasions saying please tell us what time, we will have no wifi when we're out etc. Then finally, at midday on the day of the tour, they whatsapp to say meet at 3.30. Thank goodness we had wifi during our lunch as otherwise we would have turned up at 6pm! We get there for 3.30, then the bus doesn't turn up until 4.30. Then, we are driving round for about another hour trying to find some people who haven't turned up for the tour. Considering we had a 3 year old with us this was far from ideal. Once the tour eventually started, it was amazing. Our tour guide was really lovely, the location in the desert was beautiful, the food was lovely. So the tour itself was great, just much better communication is needed and perhaps the viator booking to be updated!

This trip was exceptional! Our tour guide rachida was amazing and we all loved it it was a gift that kept on giving friendly locals and amazing atmosphere defo would come back here
