Do not recommended Viator website. Overpriced! We paid nearly £600 for an afternoon tea for two people and we didn't even get the experience to visit this 7* hotel. You have you afternoon on the first floor with NO VIEW. The do not include coffee plus you only get one way transport. Very disappointed with this trip.

The Burj Al Arab, what can I say about this world famous hotel ! From the minute you enter the ground you are blown away by the presence of this iconic structure.
The hotel sits just offshore so when doing the tour you get the buggy across and begin the tour .We did the tour and the Royal suite which is inspiring! After this we had the famous Golden cappuccino with a cream tea and it was lovely, it was a pleasure to sit there and be pampered by the staff while taking this magnificent building in .
If you're staying in Dubai the Burj Al Arab has got to be top of the list to visit .

Disappointed start as transfer vehicle didn't turn up and despite a number of phones calls made of which no-one answered we had to pay for a taxi. Its says 7 courses but that includes drinks so in fact food wise you get 2 x bellinis & cavier, 3 finger sandwiches, selection of cakes & 1 x scone. We paid just under £500 for this experience which lasted 2 1/2 hrs. Not worth it and wouldn't recommend. The hotel staff won't allow you explore you are only allowed to go to the toilets and area by grand piano. Almost as though your not allowed to mix with staying guests.

Terrible! No body turned up to take us and when we rang the venue we weren’t even booked in! we want a full refund but trying to find a contact email is proving almost impossible.
We got a taxi, phoned the venue to book in ourselves and had a great time for nearly half the cost.

We were picked up from hotel promptly. The burg Al Arab was stunning. The waiters were excellent and food was delicious. My friend wanted gluten free food, they did accommodate her.
