The monkeys were awesome! Be prepared to walk a lot and uphill. Views were amazing, lots of photo opportunities! Our tour guide Wilbur was fantastic!

Gary and Fransisco were very nice and funny throughout the whole experience. Could not recommend this enough, the monkeys are absolutely adorable and this is the best ziplining experience I have had, they were so fun! You also get to try delicious hot cocoa and coffee during this excursion :)

Absolutely fantastic time! I’m with my younger sister and compromised. I wanted to see the monkeys. She wanted to zip line. So I agreed to zip line which is definitely out of my element! Thrilling is the best word to describe it. And absolutely gorgeous!
As for Monkeyland, I don’t have enough words to describe my feelings there. They are cute, cuddly, adorable and that just describing Alex and Edgar the guides lol. The monkeys are amazing!!! One of the best experiences I’ve had.
We also visited the plantation where they explained how they grow and harvest coffee and cocoa.
Our guides all the way through were Nacho and our driver Brian. They were fabulous and oh so funny. And answered any questions we had about anything. Would do this trip again in a heartbeat!!
Just word of warning if you take kids. This is a long and hot day. If your kids get tired and grumpy, please do NOT take it out on Nacho and Brian and tell them you’re going to give a bad review because it it. Shame on you!! Because these guys all did a kick ass job today!!

Ruddy, the tour guide, and Fransico Matias, the driver, were amazing. The ride seemed fast because Ruddy kept us engaged and interacted with us through the journey. We learned so much because he was knowledgeable and taught us so much about the culture here in Punta Cana.

Emilio was a very informative driver we enjoyed his time in the history he shared with us during the shuttle ride. Upon arrival, Edgar and Aries made the monkey exclusion very fun and fantastic. It was an absolute pleasure with the monkeys. The buggy riding with PJ started off Rocky but he was amazing at turning that around the whole group had a blast and PJ was a great guide. Will look forward to coming back next year!!

The actual excursion was amazing! Loved the monkeys and our tour guides were fabulous. The buggies were tons of fun and tour guide again was awesome! The waiting in between excursions was awful. Felt very unorganized and took a lot longer than necessary. We didn't know if we were in the right spot half the time.

Juan Cruz (aka Dominican Tom Cruz) was an excellent driver and tour guide. Highly recommend his services. The bus picked us up at our Hotel Lobby and continued to Monkeyland. As we traveled through the small towns he described the people, culture and history. Once we got to Monkeyland we were quickly ushered to a small dos and don't presentation. Then was introduced to the monkeys right away. They were so cute!!! Food was given to us all in dishes and the monkeys jumped on and off us while the local photographer took pics ($) Yes you are able to take your own photos as well. After about 45 min, we walked through a "dominican home" and sat for an informative local history tour. Angel was our speaker, he was funny and informative. I learned so much about coffee beans, where chocolate comes from and plenty of taste tests. We were able to purchase items (at a much better price then our hotel lobby shops!) We traveled as a family of 3 (child was 8) and we ALL loved it. I would highly recommend this excursion and Juan Cruz! 5 stars!

Juan Cruz was an incredible tour guide. It's a very well run tour with a lot to do for little money. I highly recommend it. The coffee and things you can buy here are all made locally so the money stays local.
