Excellent VIP seating. We enjoyed watching the show with the beautiful view of the ocean behind the stage. I feel like the VIP package was well worth the upgrade as it gave you the best seating option, priority to the buffet line, a free family photo, and the leis and souvenir mugs were a wonderful keepsake to take home the memories made from our vacation to Hawaii. The food was okay...we would have loved to see more options. In comparison to the luau we went to in Maui we were disappointed that there weren't as many vendors and pre-entertainment opportunities. We were also disappointed that they didn't have a ceremony that showed how the pig was cooked and removed from the ground to be prepared for the meal. Overall it was a great way to see Hawaii's culture and hear the stories passed down, while enjoying some food and making fun family memories.

The fire dancer was great but the food was buffet style. Felt like Golden Corral. It felt cheaply done

This was a wonderful luau experience. Only down side was some of the food wasn’t the freshest. Bread was sitting too long and my pineapple was all brown. I was surprised some of that got through quality control before being sent out. Everything else was awesome!

I drove one hour all the way to the luau, when got there, I was told it was cancelled due to weather. You should let me know earlier and I can replanning my trip. When I contacted Viator, I was told that it would take another 72 hours to request refund. What a terrible experience.

The food was good and they had all the drinks you wanted free with the dinner. The entertainment was not the best. I have been to other luaus and they were much better but the food was not all that great. I would not recogmend this luau.

Nothing was rememberable. Very disappointed verses other luau’s we have attended in other places outside of Hawaii. Food presentation was poor, no roasted pig, but drinks were fare. Acts were cheap and not worth the money

Show, food and drinks were amazing. Weather was beautiful. The performers were amazing. The voice of the show told stories like nothing I’ve ever heard before.
