We needed to rebook, not cancel. We received a link to change the date, but it didn't work. We contacted the company explaining the problem, and received the same non-working link. We ultimately booked a different tour altogether. Very disappointing as we really were looking forward to seeing the additional sites the bus tour offered. Poor communication.

Rubbish, don't bother. Ended up having to go into key tours office to get tickets. Smartvisit app terrible. You need magic powers to get your tickets. Just buy these tickets on the day. Ruined entire day.

It is a beautiful place to visit. Staff from Key tours seem a little lost when trying to activate the ticket. The staff on the red bus could not find or activate the ticket. Overall was a very good experience. Bring comfy shoes cause there is lots of up hill walking.
