In just a couple of hours our guide walked with just us, all over the Acropolis, and made us really see it. She knew how to peel back the layers of history and told us the stories behind the sights. We were so impressed with how she (Vicki) personalized the time to our interests and easily picked up on what we wanted to hear more about. This was definitely the right choice for how to visit this important site.

Our guide, Lisa, met us on time and was efficient, friendly and made our tour interesting and fun. It was a good decision to have a private guide as it’s a busy destination. Lisa was great. Thank you. As expected, there are many photo opportunities. Ascending the Acropolis with a knowledgeable guide makes everything interesting. It’s an amazing destination. Never to be forgotten! First of all, the tour company sent us an email a
Month in advance asking if we would be willing to meet earlier in the day due to long lines and the heat. So glad they asked us as it made a huge difference with the tour.
Secondly, our guide (Ava or Eva) was very friendly and really engaged our teenage sons in the conversation. Asking questions or quizzing them with history. We loved it. So did the boys.
She would ask if it was too much historical information and also if we had questions. Again, we loved it.
She also made sure that we had pictures in the best spots all around the acropolis. We really appreciated all of our family photos.
At the end of our tour, she gave us some options and considerations for next steps in Athens. This included the best times to go to whatever site of our interest based on crowds and heat. We really loved the tour.

Vicky was a wealth of information- offered in an informative and educational way. With pre- bought tickets, we saved hours waiting in line for the Acropolis. She was able to quickly Chan he itinerary for us as we responded to diverse needs of our group- some who had mobility challenges and an energetic 8 year old. Thanks for a great day Vicky!

Great! Our tour guide did a great job of giving us historical context that 3 generations could enjoy. She was incredibily knowledgable and even though I have personally been to the acropolis 3 times, I learned the most and appreciated it the most this time thanks to our wonderful guide! She also had perfectly strategic stops in the shade where she could teach us about what we were seeing. Thanks for a great tour!

This was a wonderful tour for our group which included 2 teenagers. It was very informative, and two hours was the perfect amount of time for the walk up to the top, highlights and great photos at the Acropolis!
