Staff were very helpful beautiful surrounding, food amazing only thing I would have liked some full longer seats. There was chairs with foot stools but not that comfortable

My opinion would be better if it weren't for the fact that there is incorrect information about where the lounge is located. The correct name is Pearl lounge in terminal A. I looked for a long time and the staff at the airport didn't know how to get to the terminal, which was closed according to the seller's description. Finally, I found Pearl lounge and I evaluate my visit positively. The waiting time to enter the lounge is very short. It wasn't crowded. Food good.

If the booking form had instructions next to ‘this is not your ticket’ instead of way down the bottom of the form…on our phone we didn’t find those instructions so hadn’t rung …couldn’t use our phone there, in China or Japan for calls anyway…. So didn’t get in the lounge! Very frustrated and annoyed. Why not send the ticket in the normal way? Not impressed!

The lounge is very crowded.....too much people for a small place. The food is discreet but is not easy to find a place to sit for eat or for rest. I prefer to go in the public zone in the airport. No good experience.

What an excellent lounge. Having been dropped back to Silver with Etihad I was steeling myself for the delights (not) of the Al Reem Lounge but that was closed and we got to use the Al Dhabi, which is also a Priority pass lounge.
Very nicely laid out and with excellent shower facilities. Food a tad sparse - but no worse than Al Reem - and quite spacious. Would defo pay to use this on return rather than the free Al Reem.
Good effort.

Checking in is a nightmare. Those that have booked online should not have to stand in a long que as cutomers who are paying at the desk to get in. Especially after a long flight and long layovers.
There's no exclusivity, everyone who can pay can get in.
Otherwise, food great, bar great, seating sections ok, bathrooms really clean.
