Falcon hospital is situated 45 minutes drive from Abu Dhabi main city area. When you enter to the falcon hospital for the first time, surprisingly large numbers of faclons will be there all around the hospital. Your tour guide will tell you more about the falcons and falcon stories about the Bedouin relationship. At the museum old falconry equipment and items which have historical importance can be seen. It will tell you about the ancient life of Abu Dhabi forefathers.
At the falcon treatment center, can experience how the wounded falcons are treated. Falcon demonstration center showcase these majestic birds by providing a rare opportunity. You can take photos by keeping a falcon on your hand.

We were hesitant due to the price. We paid USD 130 per person.
However we were happy we did it as very good. We got to see what they did and lots of interesting information given. They did some care (cutting nails), gave anesthesia and other that we could watch.
I recommend this tour but it is expensive

I first tried to buy tix on the official site, but they were sold out. Luckily I saw this listing for the same time! I personally did not need the pickup so I can’t speak to that part, but the tour itself was one of the highlights of my UAE trip! I learned so much from the staff, and it was very engaging. We also met a kind gentleman bringing his falcon in for an exam while we were waiting, so it was interesting to get his perspective as well.

The Falcon hospital was very good but i am unhappy with Viator. I have used your company many times and it has been my go-to source for trips.
I was however overcharged for the trip i recieved and have contacted Viator now 2x to get a reimb. I signed up for the trip which cost $217, including food and drink.
what i received was the Falcon hospital pick up and drop off from hotel and admittance into the Falcon hosp tour where i joined another tour group of 25 people.
The cost of the alternative Falcon tour, not including lunch or beverages, on your website indicates "from $75".
I expect a response from Viator and a fair reimbursement for the difference in pricing.

We initially considered skipping this due to the cost and inconvenient tour times, but so glad we opted in! This was truly a unique and fascinating experience that you may not be able to have anywhere else in the world. Our terrific tour guide Hassan was funny and informative, as were all of the staff we interacted with at the facility. We have held birds before at various events but there was something really special and indescribable about getting a chance to have a falcon perch on our hand- the photos really do convey our joy! Definitely make time for this tour, you'll be glad you did!

The Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital is impressive! I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and watched falcons anesthetized to have their talons trimmed. I had no idea how many falcons needed veterinary care, but it makes sense since Emiratis cherish their falcons. The hospital also provides veterinary care to other types of birds, dogs, and cats. This tour is well-worth the cost as it was very educational and enlightening.

An interesting, informative and unhurried tour of the Falcon Hospital conducted by the extremely knowledgeable Hussar who was so inclusive of everyone and had us all at ease with his good sense of humour. It was an amazing experience to see all these little hooded falcons waiting patiently for their pedicures and then to be able to hold one and make eye to eye contact with such an intelligent creature was truly special. No wonder Hussar and all who are involved with this Hospital are so proud of what they have been able to achieve. An unusual and unique tour to be sure!

Excellent tour. We loved learning about the use and treatment of falcons in the region by owners and the importance on culture. Also incredible to be able to see the hospital and see those animals being treated as well as their boarding facilities.
