Extremely satisfied.
The guide Syed Ali was entertaining, he also described the sights to us on the way to Abu Dhabi, answered questions and was very relaxed and full of knowledge. We had a good, clean car and he was a careful driver. Syed Ali made an extraordinary effort in photography, giving directions.
He took us to the sights and introduced them, also giving us plenty of time to take photos and explore.
The amusement park was also fun, especially for families with children, despite the non-functioning of some of the devices, it was fun (The provider has no influence on which attractions work in Ferrari wold).
No annoying upselling.
It is definitely a pleasant trip and I recommend it. Look no further for a provider, choose this one.

Our tour was simply perfect.
Mounir was able to tell us a lot about Abu Dhabi. It was exciting and thrilling. Pleasant conversations and stories were never lacking. We would be happy to do it again.

Our driver come tour guide Syed Ali, collected us from our hotel as planned and after another couple of pick ups,we were on our way to Abu Dhabi. Firstly visiting a craft village we gained some cultural insight into traditional Dubai life. The stop at Yas Marina F1 circuit was particularly enjoyed by my son then we drove on to Ferrari World to drop people off. We did feel this ate into our time at Warner Bros a bit but on arrival there,we still had about four hours. Slightly rushed,especially if you wanted to enjoy all the attractions, for us it was ok.
Our group reassembled to go onto the Mosque which was stunning. Such an amazing place and appropriately attired by the tour guide we enjoyed viewing the interior and grounds and were able to take lots of photos. We would have liked time to visit the gift shop and other shops there, but were already running late due to one couple holding us all up at every opportunity. Syed Ali apologised profusely for this, feeling it was his fault but we assured him he had done his best and he had given us an insightful trip with lots of interesting information on Dubai and all the Emirates.

Not only did he know all the ins and outs of the Mosque, filling us in with cool stories and facts, but also made our Ferrari World experience super smooth and fun. Our driver Syed Ali was excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly and answered any questions we had during our trip to Abu Dhabi including The Heritage Village, Ferrari World and the Grand Mosque. He messaged me in the morning of our trip to let us know our pick up time at our hotel. Would highly recommend Syed and Mounir who was very helpful in letting us change the day of our trip at short notice. Thanks again to both of you.

The Ferrari World ist disappointing. The Food is not good and the Attractions poor. Four hours for adults is too much. After tow hours it ist booring
