Jonathan, our host, was spectacular! Knowledgeable, energetic and fun. I suggest everyone book this tour and don’t eat for at least a day in advance to make room for all the food!

What a wonderful trip and way to experience the city and some its excellent cuisine. Our guide Jonny was exceptional: funny, warm, personable and super knowledgeable. The tacos we had were superb. What is really great about this trip is you see different neighbourhoods and perhaps areas you might not venture alone. Meanwhile Jonny told us about the history so you get feel like you are experiencing true Mexico City.

Unforgettable taco tour but it was so much more than just eating (which was also amazing). Our guides were so interesting and I learned so much about the history of tacos and their various ingredients, neighborhoods in CDMX, monuments around the city, on and on! It was truly a pleasure and the food was so delicious! We will recommend this tour to anyone coming to CDMX it is not to be missed !

This was a great way to experience Mexico City! I didn’t even realize they type of tacos that were out there… and normally would be too shy to approach some of these taco locations without a guide. Highly recommend!

In my opinion there are already many new taquerias in CDMX, which due to the areas or the reputation they are given, are becoming increasingly more commercial. But me, even though I am originally from Mexico City itself, I liked visiting taquerias that I had not visited before.
The tour has a great fusion between food, diversity, history and flavor. That complement the experience with each other.
I would recommend it without hesitation to foreigners who visit us for a few days as foodies, and want to try the most natural and delicious flavors of the capital; complemented with the story of each bite they are eating, and each place the tour passes through.
And without exceptions... also recommended for the local-native, like me, who likes to get away from the "everyday" or the most "commercial", and venture to try new unexplored places, with an explosion of flavors different from what the new tendencies.
Additional to the experience of flavors and history. The tour also includes a tasting of Mezcal, the “Drink of the Gods.”
In which, the guide teaches you, through a rich explanation and a good tasting, about the process, the history and the most appropriate way to enjoy a good mezcal. You will like to go beyond commercialism, even in the most sought-after drink lately.
I didn't think I was going to have such a good time. So, a recognition to Jonathan, the guide who was in charge of uniting, explaining and guiding the group in which he was with his patience, his knowledge and his enthusiasm. Thanks for taking me out of my routine for a little while.
I loved the experience, you have to try it to understand.
Sleep well and don't eat anything before you go. I challenge you to be the next Taco Champion! 😏🌮

We had an exciting experience. We learned about the town's history, where all the tacos come from, and how they make different types of tortillas. We learned about Mezcal and how it is made. Our guide was very informative and made the experience memorable
