This was the main highlight of our entire trip to Rome! Riccardo and John were so friendly and knowledgeable and made the night one to remember. We got to learn how to make multiple dishes and sauces and each one was completely delicious!!

This class exceeded my expectations! It was a fun, approachable, and relaxed environment. Riccardo was wonderful and knowledgeable. We have such a great time and I’d love to do it again. 10/10 recommend.

Great atmosphere with a small group. Our chefs were Gianmarco and William- they made the experience lively and fun. We made Pasta and then assisted with making 4 different sauces- they seamlessly accommodated my vegetarian diet. Highly recommend!

This was such a fun cooking class. Riccardo and William were great! They were great teachers and funny commentary along the way!!! I am so excited to make these pastas when I am back home!! I highly recommend this cooking class to anyone who wants a fun afternoon!!!

William guided us through making pasta dough and then three types of pasta: ravioli, fettuccini, and spaghetti. He also guided us through three sauces: amatriciana, carbonara, and brown butter and sage. The ravioli ricotta filling was a group effort, with each of us chopping or stirring something. This is a hands-on class, and I learned about tools and techniques for making pasta. There was also wine! The location is outside the city center and reached by taxi or metro. Leave plenty of time for the taxi ride because Roman traffic is unbelievable.

Riccardo was a phenomenal host and made our time with him very special. There was lots of learning, tons of laughs, and some of the best food I had all trip!

We had a great time. Our chef William was a great host and instructor. The evening was entertaining as well as informative. The pastas and sauces were a hit! We were a group of four and joined another foursome that evening. Would definitely do it again.

This was a fantastic cooking class! The pasta that we made was some of the best pasta my wife and I tried in Rome. Riccardo and William are hilarious and great teachers. I would definitely recommend this class to any friends/family visiting Rome!
