As a second-generation Italian who LOVES to cook, I took my daughters to this class and had them learn traditional Italian cooking. We decided to do a private class, which was ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!!!! Riccardo is an excellent teacher and a very talented Chef. I appreciated the authenticity. This is not a watch-and-learn class; we made everything from scratch with FRESH ingredients and did all the prep and cooking. We made four different types of pasta and three different sauces, both the traditional way with a roller and the more modern way with a machine to help roll out the pasta dough. As a teacher, Riccardo was highly knowledgeable and had a fantastic personality, which made the class more like a family event. I HIGHLY recommend either a private or group class. DO NOT MISS IT!!!

We had an amazing time cooking with Riccardo! He is charming and genuinely shows his love for Italian cooking in everything he says and does! We made multiple pastas and sauces all delicious! Such an enjoyable time with our family laughing and learning skills we will take home with us. Thank you Riccardo!

It was an wonderful class, where I learnt a lot about making pasta at home and how to do the souses. It was amazing, even if I don't know how to cook and the atmosphere was relaxing. The food was really delicious. And the wine was really great beacause it was picked by a someliere.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Don't bother with any other pasta class in Rome. Riccardo is friendly and down to earth, approachable, funny, and a very talented chef. He has everyone quickly at ease. The class is comprehensive, and you learn lots about pasta itself but particularly Roman pasta and accompanying sauces. Everything, from start to finish was fun...and delicious! Hands down the best carbonara we had in Rome, so fresh and perfectly balanced. Do not miss out on Riccardo's cooking class.

Ok we signed up for the class and received great communication from Ric ardo. Unfortunately he had to cancel the class due to an emergency. This was a bummer but he provided a full refund, and then even emailed us all of his recipes with an apology. Stuff like this happens but I thought he handled it first class. We didn’t get to go but super professional and went the extra mile to make it right

We've done cooking classes in multiple cities....this class stands out as the best. Ricardo was an amazing chef and teacher. His property is warm and welcoming. Group size is small. We made our own pasta and Ricardo was open to attendee requests when it was something they wanted to make. His wine choices were very good as well. Great evening...would even do the same classes again.

Great class. Great food. Riccardo is warm and accommodating. The small group makes it more enjoyable. It is a ways out of the historic center but if you're prepared for that, it's a great choice.

Look no further - this is the cooking class you NEED to book while in Rome. You will learn authentic (not to mention absolutely delicious) recipes and techniques from a trained chef. Riccardo was an excellent teacher and also a joy to be around. We are very glad we booked this class and will remember it fondly for a long time to come.
