I highly recommend this tour. I will always remember this truly moving experience. There wasn't a dry eye in the place. Kudos to those that worked to keep this memory alive. Never forget! Never again!

Standing near the remaining portions of the Towers; i.e. the "Slurry Wall" and "The Pools". Understanding the thought process that went into the individual and creative design was breathtaking.

Very educational. Very detailed., emotional. Just being in there gives you goosebumps. Unfortunately is part of our history. Short line.

This is a must see when in NYC. I visit each time I’m here , this was my third time. We had no wait time arriving on Friday morning for a 10am reservation .

The audio tour was very informative and very easy to follow along. I think this museum is beautiful and such a nice tribute to all the victims and their families.

Really enjoyed the museum. Was a really great time. All the exhibits were amazing and also the audio guided tour was worth it. Highly recommend getting the audio tour.

Very touching and informative. Very well done and a must see. We rented the headphones for a semi guided tour ($10 a person) and that was interesting and well worth it. My husband I both felt it was the highlight of our week sightseeing in NYC. We would go back again if we’re ever back in NYC.
