Dana was an excellent tour guide! I took my daughter and granddaughter over Mother's Day weekend. I appreciated her heartfelt personal stories; they were so informative and touching without being maudlin or sensationalized. Her first hand experience brought back my memories of the time and increased my awareness of people's heroism, fright, flight, and work to rebuild the city.

Our guide, Ray, was excellent. Ray painted a very vivid and moving picture of that terrible day, and the after effects, by relating to us his personal experiences.

This tour was the highlight of our trip to NYC. We have visited the memorial many times but this was the first time we took a tour. Tim was amazing!!! He shared incredible stories and engaged with each and every person on the tour. He has a true gift of sharing what he knows with his tours and we enjoyed every minute of the tour. He vividly described so much of that day so that we were able to truly understand what happened on 9/11. I would highly recommend this tour and especially Tim.

Jim Q was an amazing tour guide. He made the tour incredibly personal and honored 9/11. victims beautifully. My husband and I feel so lucky to be part of his group. I would give 10 stars if I could!

This was a fabulous experience. Tim was great and gave us all time to talk about where we were and share if we wanted to. Also sharing parts of his story. My adult daughter and I went together. It was informative and interesting without being maudlin. 😊

Seeing the museum was emotional but very interesting to see all of the preserved pieces. Gives you a true perspective of the magnitude of what happened that day.
