It is important that visitors to NYC visit the site where this horrific event happened. Our tour, led by the passionate and eloquent Jaclyn, was utterly memorable. Her love for her home city, her knowledge, her profound compassion and personal insight were spell binding. The Museum is equally unforgettable. I have never visited such a large institution among so many people in such reverent silence.
It isn't an unhappy experience, one comes away deeply moved but also aware of the city's pride in it's regeneration, and justly so.
I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Nicole from First Experience was an excellent guide for this tour. Everything about the various stops on the tour was clearly explained, and even with a large group I could hear him clearly, even from the back. I would recommend this tour to anyone with an desire to learn more about the 9 11 attacks. You will learn so much more if you combine the tour with the museum trip. It was a memorable experience and one that I won't forget.

What a moving tour this was, Dana our tour guide was absolutely fantastic. She was so amazing with explaining everything and in such a respectful, caring way. Everyone in the group (people I didn't know) were fantastic, respectful and tasteful. It was very moving learning and hearing the stories of that unfortunate day. I felt as though I was able to pay my respects to the ones who lost their lives that day, and continue to still to this day.

Dana was very welcoming as soon as we joined the tour. (Unfortunately) she had first hand experience of 911 which we felt very moving however added more personalisation to the tour! She welcomed any questions along with personal stories if any of the group had them. She was extremely informative about her personal experiences on the day however her personality made it as lighthearted as it could be considering what she and her family had been through. She was a great representative of 911 and we're grateful we had her as our guide!

Jon gave us the most amazing tour of the 9/11 Memorial and ground zero. He gave us so much information that we would never have known about without him. We would recommend him for anyone looking for an exceptional tour and will definitely use him in the future!

It was impressive. The 9/11 attacks were a big issue in Holland also. What we saw at Ground Zero, the monument and everything was with great respect of the victims and their families. The stories Dana told us made us understand how difficult it was to carry on. What we felt is that the New York people are strong and proud of their country.

Great tour! It’s an excellent way to bring everything that you experienced during 911 together in your mind. We learned some things today we didn’t know even though we went through the whole thing. Make sure to do the museum in addition to tour. Daniel was awesome!
