This was actually quite a good river cruise with good commentary. It’s a good way to see the city and suburbs. The only thing is I have problems with walking up and down stairs so I missed out on Devonshire tea and a cup of tea even though the stu walked passed me twice with trays of Devonshire and she didn’t even ask if I wanted any and they did tray service to all the other passengers as well. Something to think about eh ladies. The Captain was very pleasant and really took care of everyone. Overall it was a good morning on the water

Loved the tour. It gave us a real appreciation of the city and its s history and how important the river is to its residents

This event did not happen for me. Parking is underneath the Queensland Museum, of which there is poor to no signage about directions to the River Cruise. I didn't see any. If you're not from the Brisbane area, you will not know or see the river from the underground parking garage.
This is the first tourist attraction in Australia that will not refund or credit towards a similar or other attraction from the company. If there is any chance that you will not make it to the exact location, on time (traffic jam, car problems, insufficient directions), wait until you get to the dock to purchase your ticket. I gave them a 2-rating because they did acknowledge my emails
Hopefully, the directions from the parking garages will be remedied soon.

I was a solo traveler and nothing much to say. But i enjoyed the 90mins river cruise and also saw some wonderful houses along the river. Mind soothing.

Great value for money, friendly crew with an exceptional recorded commentary telling you everything you need to know regarding the history of Brisbane and life on the river. There is a licensed bar on board with upper and lower deck seating. Payment is by card only. Pre-booking is not essential as you can purchase tickets onboard.

Very scenic. Enjoyed the commentary. Story bridge and expensive houses of billionaires were good to see. Nice small boat built in 1966 still being used for the purpose it was built.

Excellent staff and weather conditions on a lovely warm April day. Boat is basic but comfortable. Audio commentary was ok. For the price you pay this is a very worthwhile trip to get around Brisbane.👍
