My husband and I took a private 6 night custom tour to Jordan and had a fantastic trip ! We spent 2 nights in Amman, saw Mount Nebo , Jerash and Madaba and one night each in Wadi Rum , Aqaba, Petra ,and the Dead Sea
I can not speak highly enough of our amazing driver/guide/friend Hassan he was the best! Very professional , extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, interesting , with a sense of humor and he spoke excellent English. We so enjoyed our trip I wish we had stayed a few days more …..The country is filled with ancient Biblical history and is so stunningly beautiful… the sunsets from Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea were exquisite! Carol the owner of Zaid Tours and travel was quick to answer my many questions prior to our trip. We felt very well looked after both before and during our tour . I have explored 124 countries mostly independently but occasionally with a driver/guide ( Ecuador, Sri Lanka, Morocco, Tibet) and our tour in Jordan was excellent mostly because of our excellent guide Hassan.

What an amazing experience this was! One of our favorite countries as of yet! My wife and I are traveling the world and decided to do this guided tour for Jordan, and it was incredibly fun, safe, and accommodating. All of the hotels and accommodations were clean and comfortable, even in Wadi Rum. We were well taken care of, and one of the highlights of our tour was Firas, our guide. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, spoke english very well, and took us to some of his favorite places to eat and introduced us to a lot of local foods and delicacies. We felt 6 days was the sweet spot, and we left Jordan very pleased with the itinerary. All of the transportation was on time, with excellent vehicles, and they even went as far as arranging the visas and pick up from inside the terminal at the airport. overall 10/10!!!

This trip to Jordan, from start to finish was a peak lifetime experience, thanks to the professionalism of each person we worked with at Zaid Tours. From my first encounter booking the tour until my last good-bye, I could not have asked for better communication or guidance. Safinaz was prompt in her response to email enquiries. A representative met us at the airport in Ammon upon our arrival and facilitated the process of obtaining our Jordan visitor visa and transportation to our hotel.
The following day we met our driver Firaz. We were together with him and another couple for the course of our trip in Jordan. Our respect and fondness for Firaz grew each day. He was professional, skilled, kind and respectful. He was also very funny and open about his life, which allowed us to get to know him as a person. Generous of his time and flexible, he offered suggestions on how to maximize our time based on our expressed interests and his knowledge. We got to stay in Wadi Rum overnight because of his ability to navigate last minute changes in accommodations and tours. He even arranged for a surprise birthday cake with candles for my birthday.
The sites of Jordan are amazing and unforgettable. So also are its people. I am forever grateful to Firaz for making our trip so extra special.

If we could give ten stars, we would! From booking to the last hugs good-by, this tour company and the experience itself were all fantastic. Our driver Firaz was simply put, amazing. The tour Company Zaid Tours was responsive every step of the way, from Safinaz the tour agent, our facilitation through the airport in Amman to our hotel Ayass were incredibly helpful, and relieved us from worrying about obtaining the necessary Jordan visas.
Our driver, Firaz was incredibly professional, making suggestions along the way to maximize our experiences. His kindness, his humor, his ability to problem-solve, his experience and knowledge about the mechanics of each stop were beyond expectations. And our respect for him just grew each day.
Just to make clear, the driver’s job is to facilitate transport between sites and not to provide historical background. Which one finds at the sites. What he provided in addition to his travel experience was some personal stories of his life which provided insight into the Jordanian culture. He truly made this trip of a lifetime more than travel to amazing sites. He provided the human connection. We are forever grateful to him for this. And Safinaz and company at Zaid Tours made us feel all the way, “they had our backs” ( See Google translation!!)
As for the historic sites, well, do not hesitate to visit these most amazing places. Jordan welcomed us with open arms. “Shukram!!”

My parents and I did 6 days of Jordan and the tour was so well planned and comfortable. From locations to hospitality, everything was amazing. The planning done by Zain not only helped us cover pretty much everything Jordan has to offer but also gave us good leisure time. Munther was assigned to us during our trip and he was warm and very accommodating. He made sure we cover as much of Jordan as possible during our trip.
I highly recommend Zain for Jordan vacation plans

We had the best experience in Jordan and our transportation and guides always very professional, friendly,punctual and experienced.
I would recommend this Company to friends and people that read this review.
We have been traveling for a month in the Middle East and Zaid tours especially Our Farid driver/guide made everything go smoothly to accommodate and suggest nice restaurants to wat he even recommended the day in Aqabar which made it another great unexpected visit.
The visit to a local eatery and the dessert was the icing on the cake!
Our itinerary was very well organized as well!

An absolutely amazing trip. My wife and I visited several of the beautiful sites Jordan has to offer. Our driver Khalid Al Warsh was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, very helpful, and great company.
