Great tour to the places you wouldn't normally get to on Santorini. Spiros comfortably and expertly guided us to all points on the island, from Akrotiri to Phyros to Oia, and the charming village of Megalochori. We finished with a wonderful wine tasting with food at Vassaltis vineyard and winery. Highly recommend.

This tour was amazing and Zach was a wonderful tour guide. We saw areas of Santorini that we probably would not have found on our own. It was a very enjoyable day and we have a lot of fond memories of it.

Turned out to be a private day for my husband and I.
Had the most amazing day with our super fantastic tour guide Zaharias (Ζακαρια). He explained everything and took us to places we would never have seen. A must do tour…. The wine tasting and food pairing at Vassaltis Vineyards was awesome. A must do tour with Blue Shades of Greece Santorini 2023 Aug. 🇬🇷🌻🍷🤗🥳🇦🇺❤️

Awesome tour of the Island with delicious food and wine on top. Zak our tour guide was not only knowledgeable of the history of Santorini, he was also very entertaining and quite fun to spend the day with. He spent a good amount of time in between the sites analyzing my energy and was quite accurate with his conclusion. We had a very fun day on this highly recommended tour with Zak.

Spiros was our tour guide on this tour of Santorini with Blue Shades of Greece. He was knowledgeable, kind, fun, and an awesome person all-around. We were in Greece a few weeks ago on our honeymoon and wanted to get a full scope of the island. Spiros had a wide variety of knowledge about the island and the history. My husband had many questions for him about the island and he had answers for all! Spiros also has a knack for photography and was able to show us some of the most beautiful spots in Santorini and snapped amazing photos of us at each location. It was breathtaking to see the different villages within Santorini and we even got to go into a cave! He has a great relationship with other locals and was very likable. The winery at the end of the tour was a very nice touch and had fantastic wine and homemade food. We would DEFINITELY recommend this tour and if you are lucky you will have Spiros as your guide!

We visited Santorini in early June 2023 and had a tour with Zach of Blue Shades of Greece. We shared the tour with two other couples and we were all very comfortable in the air-conditioned tour Van. We visited Pyrgos, Megalochori, the Akrotiri archeological site (amazing), did a fly-by of the beaches of Perissa and Perivolous, followed by a wine tasting and lunch(ish) at the lovely winery called Anidro, with its beautiful views of the caldera and lovely grounds. We ended with a brief tour of Oia (pronounced eee-ya), the highest town in Santorini. Zach is super friendly and professional, and knows his way around Santorini and its history really well. The tour hits areas that we might otherwise have overlooked and would have regretted not seeing. Zach is charming, engaging and has a good sense of humor. We would happily spend another afternoon with Zach touring this charming island - Highly recommend Blue Shades of Greece!

Kicked off a 3 week vacation in Greece with a stop in Santorini. Booked the 6hr semi-private tour which was only a group of four people who were not able to move quickly. What made this a great experience was our tour guide Zac. In spite of our physical challenges, he made sure we saw everything we were promised with a positive, professional attitude and a BIG splash of enthusiasm.

We highly recommend Blue Shades and hope you are lucky enough to get Zac as your guide

Spyros was attentive and very easy to converse with. We had a trip for 4 of us which we only booked the evening before so we were accommodated on a Saturday and we were the only ones on our trip. Picked up at our hotel and taken to the traditional villages of Pyrgos and Megalochor (the latter is defiantly worth a revisit on a bus to the go to a traditional winery called Gavalas and lunch in the lovely town). Without a guide for the site Akrotin which you enter on your own was not ideal as we had no idea what we were looking at.
The visit to the winery and lunch was fantastic and our visit to Oia was just not long enough but we hopefully will revisit as we have been given a taster of what it has to offer.

Thoroughly enjoyed our day and Spyros was a great guide even stopping at a location for the white building and blue dome pic.

Spiros was a great guide! Sweet, knowledgeable and accommodating. The wine tasting and pairing were excellent, but sardines are on the menu, so you may want to ask for something else if you’re not a fan. Pyrgos was pretty, the beaches looked very nice and we received some good tips for our return to Oia.
