We had a wonderful day out on the water. From when I first booked the tour, Heike communicated with me right away on what to expect. She quickly responded and corrected an issue I had with booking just a couple days before.
Daniela greeted us at the port and set us up for the day (8 adults and a 1-year old). The captain and first mate spoke almost no English, so definitely take advantage of the English-speaking guide if you do not speak Spanish. The cooler was stocked with drinks for us. Since it is a private tour, you can take advantage of staying at certain spots for shorter or longer periods of time as you’d like.
The lunch on Saona island was wonderful. We were the first ones there and after an hour or so, there still weren’t a lot of people there.

From the start of booking till the drop off back at our hotel we were treated as VIP guests! We highly recommend this private tour! It’s amazing and communication was terrific. I don’t think there is a better way to see the island, snorkel and enjoy a wonderful lunch

Even though it rained most of the day and we got drenched, our 6yr old at the end said it best “it was the best day ever.”
The staff was very friendly and responsive and also prompt to meet us at our nearby hotel on beach. We swam in beautiful blue water, snorkeled and saw starfish bigger than our heads. Snorkeling also allowed for some good coral viewing, tons of fish and we saw a very young sea turtle. We learned about and met a local sea turtle conservationist who camouflages nests so the eggs don’t get stolen, a cause close to our heart. Lunch started a little early due to the rain but was amazing - a full spread of pork, fried chicken, vegetables, pasta and drinks. Oy started pouring even harder so we took cover when it rained super hard and our daughter played with other kids in the rain, a great sight to see. It seemed like it was lightening up so we braced it and started off on our way. We got pelted with rain bullets as we went to our next stop (it hurt but all I could do was laugh as some of our best memories are in the rain). We drove through the mangroves and because we ventured out in the rain, we got most of these things to ourselves vs sharing with hundreds of people…when they came, we moved on. The captain and his helper were very friendly and even gave me his rain coat to keep my daughter warm the last few fast rides…it was such a sweet gesture and she stayed happy. They didn’t speak much English but my husband speaks Spanish so we were good. Excellent private tour!! Highly recommended!

Perfect day on the water. Smaller boat, but smooth ride. Great crew and company. Customized itinerary for us. Definitely would book again. Well worth it!

Myself my fiancee and our son had the most amazing day with this company I can't praise the trip enough, 5 plus stars isn't enough. Totally worth every penny sore star fish sea turtles and swam with sting rays would definitely do again in a heart beat 💓 thanks heiki and all your team 😀 God bless 🙌

Had a great time with Punta Cana Hero. They were easy to communicate with. So glad we got the speedboat, this saved a lot of time for us to enjoy the island. Service was great. The captain’s mate even helped carry our 2yo around. Kids (and adults) had lots of fun. Highly recommend this company!

Had an amazing experience! Stayed at dreams hotel. Booked a ride and lunch with the boat service and it was worth the money. Driver was on time for pickup at the hotel. Dropped us at the marina with an English speaking guide. We were given instructions for the day. Jumped in the boat with our two captains and had a great day on the water. The captains took us snorkeling with fish and starfish. Drove through the mangroves and saw turtles and manta rays. Beautiful water. Lunch was large portions (the fried chicken was fantastic) with drinks/beer included. Spent the afternoon at the beach swimming before stopping to snorkel on the way home. The captains spoke limited English but with translation app we had a great day. Driver was prompt to bring us back to hotel at the end of the day. The private boat is worth the money-we set our own schedule and stayed longer at areas we were having the most fun! Highly recommend!

Our private boat tour was nothing short of spectacular! Starting from Bayahibe, we made a stop at the Atlantic Princess and then continued to the natural pools to see starfish and relax in the shallow waters. The snorkeling experience was fantastic, and the crew was attentive and knowledgeable. A must-do excursion for anyone visiting Saona Island!

What an experience! An unforgettable private boat tour and snorkeling experience with this group! The tour started in Bayahibe and included a stop at the stunning Atlantic Princess. We also had the opportunity to visit the natural pools, where we saw beautiful starfish and enjoyed swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. The entire experience was well-organized, and the snorkeling spots were amazing. Highly recommended!
