Ian, our tour guide, was awesome - not just for his exceptional driving skills but also for his incredible depth of knowledge, bright personality, and witty sense of humor. His extensive understanding of Santorini's history and its people truly elevated our day trip in Santorini, making it incredibly enjoyable. His storytelling was nothing short of enchanting, seamlessly weaving captivating narratives that often had us in fits of laughter. We traversed the entire island, journeying from south to north, stopping at a beachfront traditional fish restaurant for lunch, reaching the island's highest pinnacle, and culminating our adventure in Oia, a village of breathtaking beauty perched on the caldera's edge. The tour was great amazing views our tour guide Nicolas was awesome he knows the area very well he made sure to give us details about every location we visited. Even with the time working against us he managed to get us to each location before the sunset. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide.

Two words can describe my experience with the iGoHellas during my vacation at Santorini: professionals and heartwarming. By the time the driver picked me and my friend from our hotel, we understood the this was going to be an incredible experience. Not only the guide explained everything but he was also willing to tell us more and make us feel more comfortable. We saw everything that was mentioned and the guide took us to a lot of outstanding places to take pictures.
By the end of our tour we were full of great memories and very satisfied with the journey.
I have booked a lot of guided tours at the past and I can tell that iGoHellas is among the best of them all. I will definitely recommend it to everyone I know and I can wait to return to this beautiful country and book again the same tour.

My family and I booked a one day tour of Santorini . When we were browsing tours, what caught my attention was an option for Santos winery at the end vs the other tour had a different winery. A friend recommended Santos winery for me so I went with iGoHellas.
Our tour guide was Chris. He was nice and answered a lot of our questions. After lunch was over, very soon after he said the tour was completed. We asked Chris, what about the winery? According to Chris all wineries is closed from November to April and there is no alternatives. I then asked him why am I able to book winery specific tours for the day we went on this excursion and why was it on the itinerary then?
In addition, we were not brought to red beach nor Atokori archeological site as indicated on the itinerary.
Customer service messaged me on WhatsApp afterwards to ask how was my tour. Honestly, I said it was disappointing. According to them, Chris said I was not interested in red beach nor the archeological site and since this is a customized tour, they did it according to my preference. Well, we were never asked. If we were, the first thing we would’ve said is the winery. And the customer service also said according to Chris, the wineries are closed. Our hotel confirmed wineries has very limited hours at this time of the year but it is still definitely doable.
So, if you would like to attend a tour that is supposedly customized and you pay for a customized tour but receive something like I did, go ahead book with this company.

My husband and I loved our private tour with Nicos. He was friendly and flexible. Nicos knew the best places for photographing without the big crowds. We never felt rushed and were able to see places that the large tour buses can go. He took us to a restaurant on the black sand beach where we were able to enjoy local seafood. This was our first time taking a private tour and will not be our last!

We had a wonderful tour of Santorini with Argyris (Archie) as our guide and Nikolas as our driver.
Archie was extremely knowledgeable about the island and showed us many beautiful photo stops. He even acted as our second photographer ?
He spoke fluent English and was well versed in the island’s history and culture. He made it a memorable trip and took us from one tip of the island to the other and explained things in a way that we could understand. You could tell he was passionate about the island through his expressions and explanations, which made the tour interesting and worthwhile. We also enjoyed his good humour and anecdotes.
We were a large group and Archie was accommodating and allowed us to see things at our pace.
Also, Archie tried to organise a tour for us in Crete the next day, and we appreciated his efforts for going above and beyond.
We had good communication and Ioannis was very responsive.
Thank you for a great tour.

Our driver and tour guide was amazing - Nick was the best! There were 4 of us (2 couples). Nick picked us up at the top of the Cable Car and told us what he thought we should see, but could change if there was something we wanted to see. We let him guide us to the important spots and they were perfect! The benefit of a private tour - he can go places in a smaller vehicle that a tour bus can not (saves on walking!). We were on a cruise ship, so he was very aware of the time we needed to be back on the ship - he was perfect! We ended the day at a winery (extra $) but worth it! Just can't say enough about this perfect day! Thank you Nick.
