Our charters start at 5 hours to provide you with the greatest opportunity to catch fish during your experience. If there is anything you would specifically like us to accommodate, please let us know in advance and we will do everything possible to meet your requests. we offer a variety of styles of fishing. Expect the opportunity to set the lines for trolling for big game, but we also use real and artificial bait for drifting and bottom fishing if the current is favorable. Our team wants you to have the experience of holding the tackle and fishing along with the great views that come from fishing the deep blue waters of Kailua-Kona. We will consult with EVERY charter prior to departure to determine what each guests goals are

Brent and William were so nice! Brent explained a lot to us about fishing, tides, etc. The lures were the biggest I’ve ever seen. Fishing on Hawaii was a bucket list item for us and it was amazing!!! The day was beautiful and we enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely go again with them if we are blessed enough to come back ❤️

This had to be the coolest fishing trip anyone could have made! Worth every penny and then some. Captain Brent and Rooster were on point making us feel comfortable with everything. And everyone was stoked with the giant marlin that we caught. Then a couple of Mahi Mahi to sweeten the day! Thanks for the best day out of the whole vacation!!

I couldn't be happier with my choice of this fishing charter! The crew's knowledge and hard work truly stood out - they're easily the best I've encountered, and I've been on numerous charters. Our day was fantastic, filled with plentiful catches and unforgettable moments for the whole family. I'll definitely be booking with them again when I return to the island, and I'll be sure to recommend them to all my friends visiting Hawaii!

Had the most amazing time on the boat the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.Went out with some friends and caught the biggest fish of my life! saw dolphins and whales highlight of the trip by far!!

Hooking that 800 pound Blue Marlin ... the one that got away. Captain William and Rooster were highly skilled and knowledgeable about the local wildlife beyond their huge expertise with fishing. Great day and I will do it again next time I am in Kona.

What a fabulous day! We booked the 5-hour trip and had an amazing experience. Captain Brent and his team were great, they are very knowledgeable, polite and patient. We landed an ono within an hour! We had a wonderful time and will definitely book with Reel Escapes Hawaii during our next trip back to the Big Island. Thank you for helping us making memories!

Captain Brent was communicative, accommodating and kind. The experience and staff (Captain Dave and Cam) were knowledgeable and outstanding, what a fun time! We caught not one but two blue marlin! We had so much fun, we plan on booking when we return in April!

Captian Brent was very knowledgeable and was able to put us on fish right away. We started out trolling and he explained what he was doing and why. Just the thrill of sitting in the fighting chair hoping for a bite was an experience in itself. Pure adrenaline when the reel screams with something big on the line. I would definitely recommend Reel Adventures and I will be back soon.
