4x4 ATV Experience, Water Cave, Chocolate and Coffee Tasting

We had a great time doing this activity. Our guide was Kitson, who was excellent! The only issue was the transport not picking us up at the hotel meeting point and being told late the night before that the pick up was at 7.25am and not 9am as advertised. Apart from this, I would highly recommend everyone to do this! Great way to explore the rural landscape of the Dominican Republic.

We had awesome time me and hubby first on 4x4 ATV. The hold experience was awesome . Our guide did awesome job.

This was a GREAT EXPERIENCE. I had so much fun. This experience owes me NO CHANGE! It was worth every penny that I paid. The just, Felix, was very good. He was engaging, fun and super nice in addition to clearly being thorough. I would definitely recommend this one….my entire crew enjoyed it.

They did not pick us up directly in front of our hotel. We had to walk a mile from the lobby to the security. They were 45 min late picking us up. The ride to the excursion was 45 min. When we arrived they had no drinking water, for sale or otherwise. We were bombarded by people begging for money. Then bombarded by a group of men luring us off coarse to buy from them. At least 15 of them. It did not feel safe. Everywhere they took us felt like a set up for people to try to get money from us. Some places were extremely dirty. The experience was very long.

Shuttle service is a joke, our machines engine light was flashing the entire time and was way down on power, handlebars were broken, and had no rear brakes. Chocolate and coffee tasting felt like a money grab. Only good thing was the 15 minute swim water cave. The reason it has so many 5 star reviews is the guide will have you connect to WiFi to have you pull up the review tab on your phone where he will then press the 5 star option for you. Do not recommend!

Driving the AVT was fun and the beach and cave were nice places to stop and swim. The coffee and chocolate tasting felt rushed and more like a sales pitch. Be aware you will be pestered by vendors at all 3 sites to purchase their products (they’re not linked to the company so just say a firm “No Thanks”).
Our pick up instructions were not sent 24hrs before so we had to contact them but they quickly responded via WhatsApp and were very helpful. Note the pick up time will be nearly 1.5 hours before the time you select if you’re at a Punta Cana Resort and over 2 hours from Cap Cana and it will be from the main road, not your hotel lobby. The bandanas are not included so bring your own or you can purchase one there. Professional photographs are also optional.

Derly and his staff were great and we had a super enjoyable experience. This is mine and my husband second time and we enjoyed it as much as the first. This time we went with friends who enjoyed it as well.

We had such a good time at this excursion. Gregory our tour guide was very enthusiastic and polite! The cave and beach were so beautiful, I would recommend this place to anyone trying to visit!

It was a great experience. We enjoyed the cave and the beach. I enjoyed get a real chance to view the local natives. It was worth every minute of it.
