Paul was an amazing tour guide. He connected with everyone on the tour and made the day so enjoyable. His knowledge of the memorial and events that happened that day are second to none. I would definitely take a tour with him again.

The tour was GREAT! Ray was a wonderful guide. He was knowledgeable and fun. Our group really enjoyed all the information he provided. One tip... when you get on the ferry headed to the Statue of Liberty sit on the very front of the boat on one of the upper decks. You will have the best views!

James was a great tour guide and had several interesting points about our sights. He showed several movie scenes from his phone to mirror the sight we were standing on. He gave great tips on navigating the SofL tour boat ride and tour to maximize our views.

Paul Kelly was a great guide. He was knowledgeable but fun. He provided details and pictures along the way. I have seen some of these sights before but i walked away learning something new. Also, Paul is great for those who are hearing impaired, you can definitely hear him even with the hustle and bustle of New York. I would highly recommend this tour but also Paul to be your guide!

The Lower Manhattan Walking Tour: Wall Street and 9/11 (2 hours with Tim) was an incredible experience, by far the best of all the activities I joined in New York City. Not only did Tim weave a grand historical story that crossed centuries, but he conveyed the spirit of the City in a way that brought together all its depictions that I had seen in music, cinematography, literature... This tour was a fabulous glimpse at what the "New Yorker" identity means.
I enjoyed the second part of the 4.5-hour package (ferry to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, with the option to access the respective museums), yet I would have preferred to spend an extra hour (or more) walking and listening to Tim. (On the day of my tour in April 2024, the wait in line for the ferry was extra long--just over an hour.)
