1st the places Seville and Alhambra were very nice and the lady guide was very good speaking english in Alhambra, but the tour itself was poor can barely understand what the tour guides was saying, food not good at all, no time consuming. over all very disappointed.

Unfortunately negative experience. When we got to Granada, we were informed that we could not enter to see the Alhambra because there were no tickets for us. Which tickets should have been purchased and reserved for us weeks in advance since we had prepaid for the trip

I just wish there was more emphasis on historical sites from the Moorish period (besides Alhambra, which was really great). And maybe go out to the city to see more sites and to eat instead of at the hotel. But otherwise it was an amazing trip.

I absolutely loved this tour. Javier the tour guide couldn't be better. Local guides were awesome and the hotels were great. You have to get the premium hotel option for this tour.

First of all our luxury bus did not have any bathroom facilities on it. The tour guides in Cordoba and Seville we're very good. The hotel in Seville NH chain was ok. The dinners were very mediocre. It was stated that we would experience the local cuisine. The dinners here were definitely not that. The breakfasts kind of made up for that though. The food was plentiful and a good variety. The tour of the Alhambra seemed hurried up. The hotel in Granada Abad chain was ok and the dinner and breakfast were buffet style and pretty good. We were surprised that cold tap water was not available with the meals. The final stop in Toledo was enjoyable and views were breathtaking. The tour guide provided a good tour of the old City. Overall the tour was ok but it definitely could have been better.

You get a lot for your money with this trip. We met people from all over the world and really enjoyed the itinerary. Some things to keep in mind are that you have a lot of free time in some places and not a lot in others. We thought more would be planned for us in Seville and Granada but you can explore on your own time which is nice. It also wasn't clear that you need your passport. I did not have mine and the hotel needed it. Communication isn't the best but it's an easy going tour for the most part and you get to see some of the most beautiful parts of Spain.

I've traveled a lot in my life and have to say this is the worst trip ever! Our guide Maria really needs to retire. I don't think she really wanted to be there!!! We rode the bus for hours with nothing from our guide to let us know the history and just to stop and see 1 church. Hotels were very mediocre, staff was horrible, away from shopping or anything. Food was terrible! What else is left to say, except to say "Don't Do It" !

This is a wonderful trip and overview of Spanish history, art, and architecture. The guide was friendly and informative. Accommodations were very good. One concern: I travel alone quite often. This is not a problem for me as I can make friends easily with other travelers. On this tour, I was the only person (out of 12) who spoke English fluently. When the group was given free time at breaks or after tours, I has no one that I could ask about directions, clarification of what the guide had said, or anything else. The guide always left us on our own. If there had been any type of emergency, I would not have been able to assist fellow tour members, nor could they have helped me. I feel that this situation might present a safety concern. I know scheduling tours is difficult, but I wonder if tour operators might be encouraged to be sure that there is more than one person who speaks a specific language in a group or have the guides more available during breaks or give out a cell phone for a contact.
