• All participants must have a minimum of 1.3meters (4.3 feet) and a maximum of 118Kg (260.14 lbs.). Height is a mandatory requirement. Anyone with this minim characteristics must pay a valid entry.
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult who must sign a Statement of Responsibility for children up to 17 years old upon arrival.
• Not recommended to mentally or physically incapacitate people or to people with prosthesis.
• Traveller must be able to properly ride a bicycle and must be reasonably competent to ride on the road. Customers may be asked to demonstrate that they are competent.
• If travellers are not able to properly ride a bike, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking without any refund or compensation.
• The customer/rider must behave as a good rider, which means he must ensure that the person who is contractually indicated as the rider is legally permitted, and physically and mentally fit enough to ride a bicycle. A transport fee of 50€ will be applied in case of abandonment during the tour.
• The customer/rider must be in good physical condition, i.e. not suffering from any medical diseases or complaints that influence their riding ability.
• Bluedragon reserves the right to judge the capacities and abilities of a customer or rider prior to the use of a bicycle.

My husband, son and I took this tour. It was a great way to see a lot of Porto in a short period of time. Be prepared to ride up and down steep hills. on cobblestone streets and for short periods alongside traffic. The e-bike makes riding up hills easy
Our tour guide Fabio was excellent. A genuine and informed guide, Fabio shared interesting facts and anecdotes about Porto. He cared about the comfort level of all riders.
I would highly recommend Fabio as a guide.

We had a great tour with Fabio around sunset in December... bring some gloves if you do the same... it got a bit chilly as the sun went down. Got a great locals tour of the city. Porto isn't the most bicycle friendly city but Fabio did a great job of helping us navigate safely. Definitely reccomend!

Vinny our guide had done an exceptional job showing us the city. Even though English is not his main language on this tour he did a very good job explaining to us in English. He is very personable snd patient and did not rush us on the tour. We highly recommend this tour cause it is faster and easier to cover the tourist spot in the city.

We find city bike tours an excellent way to orientate ourselves in a new city. The tour covers the key areas of Porto and the e-bikes make the hilly cobbled streets a breeze.
Our guide Jonas was very knowledgeable on the history of Porto and gave us lots of interesting facts and stories. He also provided us with lots of information on recommended bars and restaurants & other activities to do in Porto.
We’d definitely recommend this tour.

This was our second bike tour and it met all expectations. Our guide, Jonas, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was hesitant at first to go on an e-bike because part of the point of a bike tour for me is to get some exercise. But I was pleasantly surprised and thankful when we had to go up hills. Also, you do still have to pedal, so it’s some exercise regardless. A few downhill parts were scary for me, but no one else seemed to have a problem. I would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

There was heavy rain at that time of the ebike tour scheduled. The company tried to force us to start biking or suggested we cancel it. The conversation was unpleasant as we had to convince them to cancel the tour due to weather and issue refunds. I am giving three stars for the fact that we eventually received the refunds.
