Booked short flight via tour agency in Queenstown, which was easy, but unfortunately our first flight was cancelled and on second attempt/following morning time was shifted to a time that conflicted with already schedules wine tour . First cancel due to us two being only pax so not economical for them to fly, we had cancelled a boat trip to do the helo ride. Second cancel due to weather. Be aware if booking that you need to call 15 minutes prior to pickup time to check it is on then you find flight cancelled or delayed. As we are only here 5 days, we book 2 x activities per day; the cancelled flights meant we lost 2 x half days waiting around in case we flew. Recommend you book when you have plenty of free time to waste and be prepared that your flight may be cancelled or time changed, so don’t schedule other stuff. Weather is outside operators control and they are running a business so understand hesitancy to take off with empty helo. Booking company said 2 pax minimum, yet company still cancelled flight as not enough passengers so someone telling porky pies. Takes 1 minute to snatch your deposit and weeks to get it back. In hindsight, wish we did not waste time trying to do a flight as better ways to enjoy time and money.

This was an unbelievably amazing experience. My family and I were in awe at just how beautiful Queenstown is and to fully grasp the beauty of this area, these scenic flights are the only way to experience this. Positively speechless! The entire staff, especially Jazza the Pilot were so knowledgeable, professional and absolutely friendly. A must DO and highly recommended for anyone wanting to see and appreciate the beauty of Queenstown. 10/10!

Charlotte our pilot on the flight was very informative about what we were passing over during the flight.
The views were astounding up and around the Queenstown Airport, and we landed up on top of one of the highest mountains at 5000 ft.

We’d missed out on Milford Sound flight owing to the weather (happens around 65% of the time apparently), so a helicopter trip seemed like the right thing to do!
Another first for my wife (and me!) and we had a great time. It was only a brief flight, but the views were outstanding AND we landed on a mountain top for an extraordinary photo opportunity.
Bill the pilot was awesome too, highly recommended

Our knowledgeable chopper pilot, Jezza, first flew us around the area pointing out the features and places of interest. He then flew up to Mt Larkins on to a snow filled basin. What an awesome experience, climbing out on to snow where there were no previous footprints. And we got to takeaway a great photo of ourselves on the snow, by the helicopter at very reasonable price. Thank you to the team at The Helicopter Line for a great experience.

Trip highlight! So well organised and worth every dollar, check the weather and book for a clear day - spectacular! Our pilot chose a spot with some snow for the kids to play and they absolutely loved it. Highly recommend!!

Very nice flight, good pilot that gave us an unforgetable experience.
Also very good Pick-up service from our hotel and back again. The staff that welcomed us at the helicoptor airport was very friendly and good to take care of us..
