We had scheduled a 2 night cruise in a private room 3 months ago. There were 2 other rooms 1 week before our cruise they emailed to say they cancelled it because they hadnt filled it up. They didn’t communicate over the last 3 months that they were having difficulty filling it and that we might look at other options. We traveled from the USA and were really looking forward to this cruise. Weve since talked to other tour operators who said they would have just operated the cruise and maybe took a loss so they didn’t disappoint customers. Bad form and bad communication

Thank you Az and Paulie for a fantastic experience! Milady is a beautiful boat and we had the pleasure of spending 2 nights sailing the Whitsundays.
The crew were welcoming and knowledgeable, always happy to help and made the trip very enjoyable. Food was delicious and plentiful and the onboard drinks were very reasonable and well stocked.
I have been gushing about our trip to everyone I know and only wish we had the time to do a longer charter. Look forward to coming back someday!
