The Captains are very knowledgeable about the area and are professional and courteous. We’ve sailed with both Capt Bob and Capt Daryl. We did both this tour and a sunset cruise. They take you to different lakes depending on the cruise. I would recommend anyone to go. The Harborside Restaurant (which is not affiliated with the cruise company, is a great place to eat prior or after your cruise.

The cruise was informative and relaxing. Captain "D" Darrell has an awesome sense of humor. We saw an alligator, turtles, Boamany types of birds and flowers. We even saw a sea plane land.

Learning the history of the diff locations and houses was my favorite. The florida pool and lego land story was intriguing. Even though it was cold for florida low 60s and windy, were from northern michigan, we all enjoyed our tour.

Definitely recommend having lunch at Harborside restaurant and taking the two hour tour. Captain “D” was very knowledgeable about the history of Winter Haven and made the trip fun. We got to see an alligator, turtles, beautiful variety of birds and a human pyramid from the ski show at Legoland Florida. Highly recommend for couples to families. It’s refreshing to slow down and take in the beauty of the real Florida.

We appreciated the pleasant boat tour of the "Chain of Lakes." We were able to see many birds, historical homes, and scenic vistas. We saw about 6 juvenile gators resting in the afternoon sun. Captain Dave was friendly, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job as a guide and captain.

Two years ago, I took my girlfriend on a two hour boat tour for her birthday in December, Rue was our Captain, and he was an amazing wealth of knowledge of all wildlife, alligators, and the chain of lakes. Fast forward until Monday, 11 March 2024, and I married that beautiful girlfriend. I called Rue, and once again he Captained our boat for another two hour tour that included my mother and father, who were down from North Carolina. Once again, Rue delivered an outstanding tour. He booked the cruise for a two hour slot, and even made it private for the four of us as a wedding gift.
Everyone who visit’s Florida HAS to book this cruise through the chain of lakes. The wildlife you see and the knowledge Captain Rue has of the history of the area and all of its animal residents is simply amazing.

We loved the boat cruise! Our captain was very nice, and informative about the 9 lakes we visited, the businesses, and wildlife. We saw beautiful foliage, many species of birds and 9 alligators! We even got to view a little of the waterski show at Legoland too! Ending our trip at the harborside restaurant which they even made our lunch reservation for us! I highly recommend this for your next adventure!

Rue was our guide and he was very knowledgeable. We got the history of the lakes as well as information on the wild life. We saw 10 alligators.
