Our overnight stay will be in Portree.

The next day we depart Portree to the Fairy Pools. Bring a pair of walking boots to help you reach them.

Following stops at Sligachan and Sconser, we head to Broadford where you can enjoy lunch and look for wildlife like otters, seals and even killer whales.

The Guide Jack was very friendly, helpful and made the tour interesting. Even though it was rainy on the first day, the second day was dry and it was an awesome experience on the fairy pools trekking trails.

Wonderful 2-day trip to Skye! Our tour guide was Sandy and he did an amazing job telling stories, pointing out flora and fauna, all while driving through the infamous Scottish weather and maximizing the daylight hours (we had about 8 hours in mid-November) for seeing the sights. We enjoyed all the stops and had a great camaraderie with Sandy along with the other guests. All in all, a completely enjoyable experience!

You have to do the 2-day trip to the Isle of Skye. It’s the best way to experience the beauty of this place. It gives you a chance to go hiking and exploring instead of just jumping off the bus taking a picture and jumping back on. And our guide Jack was fantastic. He made it so much fun with his interesting stories, legends, and sense of humor. He and he was outfitted in authentic Scottish apparel throughout the entire trip. We loved this tour and highly recommend it. And Jack. The tour gave us a real appreciation for this beautiful country.

First off, you have to do the 2-day tour. It gives you the opportunity to hike and explore and really appreciate all the beauty the Isle of Skye has to offer. And, if possible, ask for Jack to be your tour guide. He made this trip so fun, so interesting, so interactive. He shared stories and legends, history and fantasy, and he was decked out in full Scottish attire throughout the trip.
It was unforgettable and gave me a deep appreciation for Scotland.

I had the best time (and weather) on this 2 day tour of Skye with Liall. It was such a good balance of itinerary and free time - we had time to eat, hike, and explore castles, but also had plenty of time learning about the area from Liall. It was absolutely stunning throughout the island and highlands, and Liall was always making sure we had the best spot to take a photo. As a solo traveler it couldn't have been better, I look forward to touring around the highlands further with Liall and Timberbush in the future!

I’m so glad I did this tour! Completely worth it! We saw some incredible views, had plenty of time at each stop, felt comfortable on the bus—my group was smaller so it felt like a more fun, personal tour! Our tour guide Jack was phenomenal and shared great insights into Scottish history and folklore, I loved his storytelling and his personality is witty and brilliant as well as kind! This tour allowed me to see parts of Scotland I would’ve never been able to see otherwise and I’d definitely do this tour again! Thanks!

Great two day tour. A lot was packed in and the tour guide made sure we saw everything we could while not making it feel rushed. The first day had bad weather but the second day was beautiful. The guide took full advantage and we saw everything form Fairy Pools and castles, to highland ponies and waterfalls!

The only thing I would caution against is leaving the accommodations to be booked by the tour company. I had no idea where I was staying until the guide dropped me off at the B&B. There was a group of 13 people on this tour and we all stayed in different places. The place I stayed in was *disgusting*, although others were happy with their stay. Just air on the side of caution and pick your own accommodations.
