The Guide Mr. Daniel (English) and the other Guide in the bus was very Polite & Kind, Excellent in explaining all the minute details. Even the driver of the bus was very good and his driving was very comfortable.

Very well organized trip from the beginning to the end. Our tour guide was very cooperative and gave us a lot of insight about the places we visited and also shared general historical details. Bus driver did a good job.
Niagara Falls view and maid of the mist boat ride was the best experiences. It was worth traveling all the way from NYC. Hotel was not bad, we stayed at comfort inn. It was very close to the falls area. Rooms are spacious as compared to hotel rooms in NYC. Breakfast was also good. Finally on the way back the shopping outlet stop was worth it. Overall an incredible trip of life time.

Seeing the Niagara Falls is breath taking!
Both in the daylight and in the evening with all the colorful lights and the fireworks !
The ride with the bus is quite long, but with a stop every 2,5 hours to use the restroom, buy some food and stretch your legs is not too bad, and it's really worth it!

The maid of the mist was the highlight of the trip. Guide Brian Montgomery was brilliant. Hotel was plain but clean. Also provided courtesy bus for pick up back to hotel after the fireworks

We really enjoyed 2 day trip to Niagara. The bus was very comfortable traveling with you 2.5 years child, and long journey was evenly planned with other tourist destinations or necessary lunch/bio breaks.
The guide associated with tour was very help in sharing the historic significance of multiple destinations we passed by, and that of Niagara falls! Stay, and sighseeing at Niagara was planned well, and boat ride into the falls was awesome!

We booked a 2 day tour of Niagra falls by Empire Vaccations for the 7th and 8th of September.We gathered at the 42nd Avenue at time square infront of the Port authority station and were received by a wonderful guide Uttar.She was very informative and courteous .The bus tour had multiple stops though the bus had a toilet but they stopped after 2 hrs regularly.Our tour included entry to Watkins Glen State Park where we did a beautiful hike. Then we moved on and stopped at another stop for refreshments.Then we headed for the Niagra falls on the way we crossed the finger lakes the Niagra river and as we approached the falls we could see the rapids upfront.Upon reaching the falls we took a walk upto the falls and saw the horseshoe fall, brides veil fall ,Luna island and the American falls thereafter we checked into Comfort inn at the point which was a part of our itinerary .The hotel rooms were spacious and luxurious.At night we walked down to the falls to see the list up falls and the spectacular fireworks show at pm from the American side .It was just spectacular.Today morning we went to the Observation deck and were spellbound by the beauty of the falls.We took the Maid of Mist boat ride right into the heart of the falls and were awestruck by the beauty of the falls .Then we returned to the bus for our return journey through the New York state giving us the feel of the geography of the place.We loved the tour and recommend it.
