Had a really good time on the tour. The highlands were hauntingly beautiful. Lizzie our tour guide/driver was quite enthusiastic and regaled us with stories from Scottish history. An unforgettable experience for sure

Our tour guide Pete made this great tour by Rabbie’s even better!
Everything about this tour went so smoothly and exactly as advertised and paid for. THE TOUR IS WELL WORTH THE PRICE! I believe this to have been because of the company itself, Rabbie’s. This was our first time with them and because it went so well, we'll will PICK RABBIE’S FIRST for all our future tours! /thumbs-up high...!
What made this tour even better was our guide, Pete! He was a last minute replacement guide, but my wife and I from Colorado would have never known it. He volunteered to work on his day off because he loves Scotland so much that being a guide for this 2 day tour is something he loves very much to do anytime. This really made for a great mood to have for the tour! Pete is as fascinated about Scotland as us tourists!
PETE IS THE PERFECT TOUR GUIDE FOR SCOTLAND! Born and raised in Tasmania, he fell in love with Scotland upon his first visit and never left -- much like ourselves as tourists; we fell in love with Scotland too! Pete and us tourists all see Scotland with fresh eyes of foreigners – magical!! But Pete has been in Scotland for so many years that he’s found all the best places to see and stop at for making the most out of a 2 day tour. We loved every place he brought us too, including the out of the way places he decided himself to take us to!
PETE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL! His demeanor was so welcoming that it encouraged us to ask him for anything even though we are shy. But he also had good sense to not intrude when we wanted to be by ourselves, which was greatly appreciated. Pete also communicated very clearly about drop-off and pickup points which made us feel confidant that we wouldn’t mistakenly get lost or left behind.
PETE’S RECOMMENDATIONS WERE TERRIFIC! We took his advice about what to see, where to go, where to eat, and where to shop every time – we were never disappointed! A month after our tour, we don’t have a single regret about what we did at the stops along our tour. We still feel like we made the most of the 2 days and really got what we paid for! PETE ENSURED OUR TOUR WILL BE FONDLY REMEMBERED FOR YEARS!
PETE KNOWS HIS HISTORY! His narration as we drove was a wonderful addition to the tour! We learned things!! *ha!* The many terrific history stories he told really helped us appreciate more about the drive we were on at that moment. We are most positive he wasn’t reading from a script either, which we think is VERY IMPRESSIVE! Certainly someone who has all that history memorized so well must be someone who really loves Scotland – just like we do!

What a wonderful tour! Driving through Northern Scotland is magnificent! And our tour guide Catty was an absolute delight! Knowledgeable, friendly, and on time with every quick stop, pick-up and drop-off! If you're looking to see some breathtaking scenery and have a wonderful guide while doing so, this is the tour!

Our Rabbie's tour was very much a highlight of our trip to Scotland. It provided an opportunity to easily explore numerous cities and sites, see the incredible landscapes, and learn about the areas we visited. Within two days, we made numerous stops to sightsee, shop, and eat. Everything was well organized, and we were given enough time to go out and explore. Our guide set a time to be back at the bus which gave clear expectations and kept us on schedule. Having a smaller group of people on the tour made the tour feel more relaxed by allowing for the abitlity to chat with other, and for ease/less time getting on and off the bus. Spending the night at Inverness was a treat, and we enjoyed wandering the city on our own.
Pete (and his sidekick Taz) is a fantastic tour guide, and made the trip memorable with the stories he shared. He provided history of the areas we visited, had great suggestions for food and local shops to visit, and kept the tour fun with his sense of humor. Again, having a smaller tour gorup gave us a chance to talk with Pete a bit, and we especially appreciated his recommendations on locating some of our favorite types of food and beverages while both on the tour and back in Edinburgh as well (Yay dark beer!).
This tour was a great experience that we could not have organized on our own. Let Rabbie's do the work for you so you can enjoy the stunning sights and good food stress free. Thanks again to Pete for being so personable and making this a unique trip!

The 2-day trip to the Highlands was a great experience. Everything was perfectly organized and executed. Our driver and guide, Dominique, couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable.

We have completed 4 or 5 tours w/ Viator, most being with Rabbis, all wonderful. For this two day one, we had already experienced much of what was scheduled for the 2nd day. We looked forward to a little more time in Pitlochry, wanted to Bevin the sacred space of the Clava Cairns and wanted time in Inverness, since we had B only driven by. Having taken a fall and catching a small chest cold, it was a great opportunity to stay in Inverness for the 2nd day and stay on for several more. And do, that is what we did.

The chosen stops were unique highlights of scotland's history & beauty.
The B&Bs in Inverness had wonderful hosts & breakfast near the city center.
This tour offers so much to see in 2 days.
