Brilliant time on the jet skis. And well looked after. After passing the slow zone the jet ski was flat out and great fun a chance to go as fast as you like

Me and my daughter Sophia had a great time she got to drive this time and had an absolute blast there was no mucking around with these guys just a quick safety briefing and away you go. If you are trying to create life long memories with your kids or daughter as I am this is one ways to tick off a bucket list job .thanks so much to the team at gold Coast for helping us to do this absolute must thing to do for anyone ..we've been to others and you're time can get chewed up by all the politics but not these guys.. it's quick and into it.. Thanks for the new happy memories 😊 ☺️ 💕

I had the best 1 and a half hours today couldn’t have asked for better conditions, the water temp was just incredible. I’m a newbie rider and the guides were so supportive and encouraging I left riding on a high! I like that you can choose your pace if your not comfortable to hit the accelerator yet. I’m absolutely terrified of water and this was my 2nd Jet ski Tour with Gold Coast water sports and my confidence is building every time!
Great fun! I’ll definitely book again and I recommend you do to!

Stu, Lucas and Dom were so great, supportive and understanding. My partner 'Sammy' was very nervous and lacks confidence....but the guys made her feel so comfortable and confident. This may sound a bit stupid, but understanding and kindness in an hour and a half (which is what the guys did) can make a person's life and lift their self esteem. Love you guys.

Came to celebrate my birthday here and was very disheartened by the whole experience. My partner and I, although look very young, work very professional jobs, and the professionalism here was absolutely appalling. We arrived 20 minutes before our booked time as per the confirmation sent. We were then left waiting for 45 minutes with no explanation or apologies but went straight into a briefing of all the bad things that could happen on our experience. We felt as though my partner was also targeted when the briefing was being explained with comments such as “did you get that mate?”. We understand at the end of the day it’s the reality of it all but there was no need to single out anyone.
When we were finally taken out to the jet skis a long time later we were greeted by what we thought was a very nice instructor. This went south quickly. This was my partners first time on a jet ski and we both hadn’t been feeling so great that day. This is where we decided we wanted to take it slow but also have the most fun as possible. Unfortunately the instructor seemed as though he was in a rush and put us to the back of the Line. He then made the below comments of, “just go straight through don’t zig zag because you’re taking too long”, “are you swapping drivers (the reply was no), and he said “oh really” with a disappointed face. We were then yelled at by him multiple times or very rudely spoken to. This was so disheartening. I won’t say it ruined my birthday and my partner and I’s time away but it certainly impacted our experience. We also did not get to go to the island which we also paid for. Causing us to think that the instructor was really trying to rush us and didn’t really care about our experience. We understand you guys do this everyday and 8 hours day, but for future reference please be courteous of people. This behaviour definitely would not be suited for people if it was their first time driving a jet ski :(.
We will not be engaging in this company again.
We also paid $20 for a photo and were sent the wrong one and it was blurry :(. Hopefully future customers have a better experience.

Excellent and well worth it. What a wonderful experience. Will be doing this again with this company. All staff were fantastic and our tour guides were brilliant, safety was number one and fun number two. My wife and I loved it.
