The trip was amazing. Very smooth flight and the views over the islands and reef were incredible. Worth every penny and highly recommended.

My partner and I booked this off the recommendations of her partners and it was unbelievable! The pilot was very knowledgeable of the area pointing out key points of interests and just general knowledge of the local area.
What a way to see the Whitsundays islands and the Great Barrier Reef.
Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of doing it.

Incredible. Pick ups were quick and efficient. No hanging around, quick safety briefing by staff who were great. The pilot (Brock) was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The views were insane. 10/10 would recommend! Definitely worth the money

Disappointed in our experience with Fly Australia. It is stated that tea/coffee and water bottles are included in the package however this was not offered or provided. Headsets that are meant to be included were also not provided, resulting in difficulties hearing the pilot. It is rather misleading to list several inclusions when booking that are not actually provided. The flight time is advertised as 70 minutes, however we we were only flying for 50 minutes, including take off and landing. While we can understand that flight times differ, 20 minutes is a great variance and it should not be advertised as 70 minutes. The staff were fantastic and lovely and the view of the reef was great, however the heart reef view was rather quick and uneven for both sides. My partners view of heart reef was poor and my view of whitehaven was poor. Lots of improvements to be made.

It was lovely, although less than 5 seconds of the heart reef and being on one side it was shaded so not fantastic photo options. FOr over $1000 for our family to see it was sadly their least favourite tour in Airlie. In hindsight I woudn't take kids even teens as they just don't appreciate it and for myself it was a very expensive tour for five seconds. We had flown over the reef a few times in a helicopter. Nice people, sadly also we couldn't get picked up as too many on the tour bus so we also had a cab far on top off... Not great value and I wouldn't recommend to families.
