• When booking, please indicate the number of customers requesting vegetarian meals or gluten-free meals.
• Main Meals: A set meal with Japanese fried chicken and Tofu. No pork, no seafood but please note that Miso soup contains fish stock. No nuts, no crustaceans but anyone who has a serious allergy, please book the tour without lunch.
• Gluten-free Meals: A meal with grilled chicken, rice, miso soup and tofu.
• Vegetarian Meals: A meal with Salad, miso soup, rice and tofu.
• Muslim-friendly meals, Allergy-friendly meals, lactose-free meals, etc. are not available. Please book the tour without lunch.
• Customers who need each options will be charged more for changes on the day, therefore please select with lunch option in advance
• Every Tuesday we will visit Fukagawa Edo museum or Hamarikyu Gardens due to the cruise suspension, so we will not be going to Odaiba.
• Please let us know your booking numbers and total number of people before the tour if you have several bookings or if you have booked separatly.
• Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to alternative place or giving ou t a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes.
• If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
• Matcha store will be closed on May 9th, so we will be giving out matcha souvenirs as Matcha experience.
• Not recommended for those who can not walk long distance

There was no experience. I accidentally choose the incorrect date and wanted to correct the date, but was 2 hours shy of the 24 hour window to change the date so Iost $250.00.

Really good overview of Tokyo, although it felt like we were going around in circles at times. This could have just been us getting used to a city the size of Tokyo. We were surprised that the traffic wasn’t as crazy as you’d expect. Tsubasa was a great guide and went above and beyond our expectations.

The tour itself is like Tokyo in a day to see all the top tourist sites in Tokyo....A great way to see the must see highlights of Tokyo.

Yuta was an amazing tour guide. He was polite, informative, and entertaining. He made sure everyone knew exactly what was happening - excellent communication skills. And as an extra bonus, our tour driver was so cheerful and friendly. We had a great day.

Dear reader, I hope you get this tour guide and driver duo, they’re one of the best parts of the experience! It rained the whole day and visibility was low, but Masa-san and Saito-san made it so fun! Saito-san always greeted us warmly and drove very safely. Masa-san was down-to-earth and funny. I learned about Japanese history, religion, fashion, and language from her. It was definitely more sightseeing than actual exploring, but I really enjoyed the matcha gelato, lunch/temple/market exploring time, the Sky Tree, and the cruise. I bought Taiyaki and souvenirs at the lunch area, visited the aquarium* at the Sky Tree, and chatted with the tour guides during the cruise. I wish we had more time in Asakusa, but the timing for everything else was fine. Maybe next time we can do a skin care/makeup stop or have entertainment on the cruise.

*I explored the aquarium during our free time, it was not officially part of this tour

Great tour of Japan, not rushed with loads of info on the way between sites visited, great staff, really helpful to everyone, funny and knowledgeable about where we went. Masa and saito the driver were great would use them again next time we are in Tokyo
