Fabio was a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable and was able to push through the crowd to get us the best views. The Sistine chapel was breathtaking.

Surprises having visited the destination for the first time, the level of management of the guide's group was excellent as he was a person full of culture and with a very good disposition, we hope to return and repeat the experience. Plus the skip line is well worth it.

The tour guides were outstanding. The lunch we ate outstanding. Very organized. Downfall the gentleman that picked us up I found out was a smoker. He smoked in his taxi mini van. I ended up with an asthma attack and a sinus infection. We were also told since we did not get a ride back the last guide would help us find the taxi station. He gave us verbal directions couldn’t find it and we had to flag a taxi down who charge us twice as much as it should have been after an 8 to 9 hour day and 7 miles of walking. We were exhausted but good exhausted.

Our Tour guide Roberta was very knowledgeable, energetic and engaging with a wonderful sense of humour which kept us all engaged. The highlight of the day for me was when Roberta highlighted the portrait of Christ’s gaze never leaving the viewer, it was very compelling art.

Our experience with this tour was incredible. The entire process was flawless and our guides were knowledgeable and passionate about their segment of this experience. Lunch and transportation were both excellent . I would highly recommend this tour if you have a day in Rome!

Our tours were fantastic. The guides had so much knowledge of the sites and took their time to explain everything thoroughly. We were lucky enough to have a very small group for the Colosseum tour, unfortunately the Vatican tour was a larger group so a bit harder to keep up and take the photos you wanted to. We were unsure on the start time for our Vatican tour after the Colloseum as it was not listed on our booking through our travel agent. The phone support centre was very prompt and helfpul to clarify this for us.
We did miss out a few of the smaller rooms at the Vatican but there is so much to get through. It is a shame that you are not able to photograph the Sistine Chapel, and that other visitors not in our group do not adhere to the silence requirement in the Chapel. But we were lucky enough to have a private exit via the royal staircase, which is reserved to special tour groups only. St Peter's Basilica was incredible and our guide was exceptional in taking us through this wonder. I highly recommend this tour and would be using this company again on our next trip.

We experienced the colloseum with our tour guide, Leticia (hope I'm not butchering the spelling much). Her passion for the roman culture really came through to us and her detailed and in depth explanation at every single stop (down to where and how the Romans procured their resources; ie the granites, marbles and even the coloring of their paints) really gave us a thorough experience of ancient Rome. Really glad we booked this tour and would definitely recommend.

The tour was very comprehensive and the guides were very knowledgeable. the only issue I had was that we were picked up from the hotel but at the end of the tour we were left at the colosseum
