We were very tired. It was dark & rainy outside. We very much appreciated the kindness of our auto driver, Arona, and also the beautiful water taxi ride to our hotel.

Seamless transfer, friendly service, taxi from the airport to the canal side, then a lovely boat that dropped us off close to our hotel. The boat was gorgeous, views lovely, and the driver of the taxi and boat were both friendly, and helpful.

Waiting for our Uber expensive driver, and looking for the mints and water in our car that we’re never found. A taxi ride would have been better, for $175 euros less! 😬😳🙄🥲

Booked a car to the, water taxi which was to take us directly to hotel. My husband had shoulder surgery and it was difficult to manage luggage which is why we decided not to take public transportation. The water driver dropped us in town center with no help and no directions to hotel. Could have saved a fortune. Very disappointed.

Seeing our names on the greeter’s sign was the first indicator of a terrific start to our vacation. We went straight to the car and then straight to the water taxi. No hassles, headaches or long walks dragging too many bags. Then the ride was so glamorous! It’s a splurge for sure, but it was great for us.

No one was as the water taxi dock to meet us. None of the kiosks knew of the service provider, Venice Black Car. We also spoke with boat taxi captains at each dock. No one recognized our phone digital ticket, or the paper print out ticket.
After more than an hour wait, we hired a water taxi to take us to our hotel.
We have used Viator on many prior occasions. This has been our first and only bad experience.

Gioni picked us up on time. He was friendly and helpful. He drove us to the water taxi safely. Then the water taxi ride to our Airbnb was smooth. The taxi was clean and so was the van at the airport.

We paid for water taxi service from the airport to our hotel. The driver that met us provided car service and not the water taxi that we expected. Note, the driver was very courteous just not what we paid for.

Very disappointing. We contracted for a one way water taxi upon arrival in Venice and were left stranded. The boat and driver never showed up after a 30 minute wait for me and my family. Hired another vendor service.
