Bad option. We waited for the bus more than 40 minutes after the scheduled time.
The ticket they provide doesn't give you any priority, so you have to queue like everyone else and instead of paying 18 euros (because they don't even give you access to the entire site, a ticket which costs 22 euros) you pay 60.
The audio guide works terribly and is completely useless as you don't even have headphones and it doesn't say anything interesting.
So my advice is to take the train from Naples for only 3.30 euros, get the complete ticket on site for 22 euros and the audio guide for 8. I assure you of savings and a much better service.

Flee this company which has not been professional at all. I sent them a large number of emails to obtain the invoices corresponding to a transfer of a school group to Vesuvius, without success.

A real shame, they charged me for the transfer and the tour for the transfer forgot to give me the ticket so they wouldn't let me get on the bus. I had to run so as not to miss the bus to the office, and then they realized that they hadn't given me the paper. After the transfer I had to run a block before the bus left and I had to stop!!!!! Two people 50 minutes stop

Today we went to Pompeii and went by bus. We don't usually do reviews, we don't like to judge. But this evening we would like to thank the companion who was with us there and back, Martina. Let me start by saying that we are Venetian and Naples is wonderful but not easy for those who don't know it. She helped us in everything, explaining many things that we didn't know on a historical level and how to proceed. At the end of the day, we got off the bus and took us to a place we wanted to know, walking along the road with us and acting as our guide. Thank you Martina, you will remain in the memories of this generous and welcoming Naples.
