Warning DO NOT GO with kids who are small even if they’re fine with frights. Despite advising age 12+ but younger kids can go, they do not mention a height restriction on the ride at the end in the age restrictions.
Our daughter went and was having a good time, then told she was too short for ride and an adult had to leave with her, she was reduced to tears and sobbing, and it spoiled the day. So disappointing, and they didn’t care when I pointed out the age restriction section of their website should mention height, just responded it said it elsewhere and argued the point with my daughter standing there crying. Incredibly poor for a busy attraction, would advise trying the London Bridge Experience and Tombs instead!

A nice event with good entertainment. We are taken on a little ghost tour with historical content from dark parts of London's history.
if you are not hysterically squeamish, this is highly recommended

Completely inappropriate for children. The staff was rude. They herded us like animals, no smiles or please, just move. The show was cheesy and poorly done. I wish I could get my money back. The building was stuffy. Just save your money and do something else.

Visited here with 2 late teens and we enjoyed the experience. The actors were very good and entertaining and sets were well made and looked authentic. There were @10 or 12 different sections with different themes. Some parts pitch black but good fun if you’re not terrified of the dark that is. There’s a pub and a gift shop at the end of it. Took @ an hour to go from start to finish. Good fun.

Well worth checking this out. The entire family loved the whole experience and the actors/characters were brilliant. If you want to learn some history but in an fully immersive and entertaining way then don't miss this. Great entertainment for adults and children alike with lots of jumps and frights.

Dungeon experience was really good.
Each area was well laid out, scary and funny in equal measures.
Your lasted about 1 hour which was good value for money.
Not giving full 5 stars as the end drop ride wasn't on and this wasn't advised at time of booking, only in the Queue to get in and no discount was offered on price.

Make up - not really
Rides - None existent - literally not on with no warning
Photos - don’t buy you’ll have to reprint them for you magnet and keyring, they will print ones that don’t fit and have print errors
I’ve worked in attractions for years and never leave a bad review but this one was well earned. I don’t know what happened to this but it’s the opposite to improved
