Your driver/guide will be waiting for you at the top of the cable car exit with a sign with your name on it. Once you reach the top we are heading to our first stop Firostefani, where you can admire the famous blue dome while also learning about the island's history. Next stop Imerovigli, take delight in the breathtaking landscape and the volcanic remains. Our favorite spot away from the crowds Finikia, has the most picturesque and peaceful view. Our final stop is the traditional village of Oia, Santorini's most famous tourist attraction. Here you have free time to stroll around the alleys, take photos of the famous blue domes, encounter the well-known old Venetian castle or take a sip with the caldera view, before heading back to your cruise ship.

Our tour guide was amazing !! Excellent historian combined with a wonderful sense of humor which had our group of 11 family and friends attention the entire time.

Helena was a great guide. Showed us many views we could never see from the big buses the cruise ships run. Lunch was excellent at a beach restaurant. We loved this tour and highly recommend.

Great tour saw most of the hot spots of Santorini! Giannis was a great informative and friendly tour guide! Would recommend to use Karavas tours! You will get to see most of what Santorini has to offer!

What an amazing tour and tour guide! After taking several tours, I must say the guide makes or breaks the adventure.
Great commentaries, fun personality and made sure he took pics for everyone. Gave us good ideas for lunch and plenty of time to enjoy Santorini. Can't give them enough stars.

We booked a 3-hour Panoramic Tour with Karavas Travel after reading a lot of glowing reviews. They are, indeed, well-deserved. Our guide Dina met us by the cable car and led us to a spacious Mercedes mini-bus. I booked a private tour for our family of 6, which allowed us to customize our itinerary with suggestions from Dina. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable, making our day a ton of fun. She knew her way around the island, which was especially helpful walking through Oia and knowing where to get the best views and photos. Thanks to Dina and our driver, we were able to pack a lot stops and sights in our 3+ hour tour.
A tip if you're visiting via cruise ship: for families and small groups a private tour can be cheaper -- and 100x better -- than buying a cruise ship excursion. Rather than paying $90 each for my 6 family members and being herded onto a crowded bus, I paid $320 + tip for our private, customized tour (April prices). And because our ship stayed in port until midnight, we booked our tour from 2pm - 5pm, allowing us to visit Oia late in the day after most tourists from cruise ships in port had departed or made their way back to Fira.

Thomas was the best. We made a last minute booking and they accepted us as a private tour. He was very knowledgeable about Santorini and Greek history. He also let us customize our tour a little since we were the only couple. Thank you Thomas and Karavas Travel.

I highly recommend this tour, our guide Eleni was absolutely amazing. She took time to give us the history of sites as well as being patient with my physical disability as I wasn't able to walk as fast. Our driver also gave us so much history on the island and is a very fun guy with great sense of humor. Together they both made this tour an unforgettable part of our vacation and we are so grateful 🙏
