I was paid for a guide in spanish and he just speak english, the offer says thad is a 5 hour tour and it takes just 2 hours. The guide was nice, take pictures of us and protect us from the sellers. The food was average. The driver is good but dont speak english or spanish. The tour shoul left enjoy for more time the pyramids area

Mostafa as our guide was amazing! He explained the whole history of Egypt and the Pyramids with a lot of details! He even taught us tips to protect us from other scammers and helped us take many beautiful photos. Our driver Andrew was really nice and polite to us too.

Very bad experience, we had bought the all-inclusive tour and our guide wanted to charge us for everything, we asked for an additional stop at the museum and when we tried to pay for our tickets the guide refused and we thought she was just kind, in the end she asked my husband to pay her again for the entire tour, my husband paid without knowing that everything was prepaid and when I asked her to return the money he did not want to return it, I had to call the agency and they were very rude, the tour guide told them that I did not pay for the extra activity, in the end the agency told him to return the money to me. She did not return the dollars to me, she made the conversion and gave me her money, she refused until the end to return the dollars. At the end she was very kind just for the tip.

I do not know where to start, because many things went wrong. First, I paid a lot of money for this tour to learn about the pyramids and see as much as possible.
My tour guide’s English was very poor and the knowledge also questionable. What bothered me, I hired a person to protect me from harassment and I ended up with a person I paid to harass me.
First, he made many inappropriate comments. He was embarrassing to be around. He yelled at Chinese people: you China, move! He forced me to use my card to pay for the ticket and said that he does not have a credit card. He harassed me to pay high tips! He told me to pay for the camel $5, when the camel was included! I was mad and refused to ride the camel. He still told me to pay the tip. He took me to dirty places like the aromatherapy, where another guy was inappropriate with his words and wanted $200-800 for cheesy lotions. I ended up paying more than$150 for the tour and was extremely terrified to hire anybody for the next day.
Do not use this company. Do not use the guide. This experience ruined the day for me. Hope Viator addresses the issues.
