There were no reps greeting or easily located. We were put in a line of people waiting in spite of a reservation for a private shuttle. We waited 1 1/2 hours before being picked up. Other vendors had plenty of availability. There were many upset people!

We came out of terminal, found a green shirted rep showed eticket and we were on our way! Highly recommend the private ride, nonstop to resort was fabulous!

Easy and efficient. Found their rep outside the airport building and they got us to our destination quickly. 8 days later they arrived right on time to take us back. Just as advertised.

Not only did they accommodate myself and daughter but was able to assist my husband and other daughter with their transportation since it was booked separately through another company and not as easy to find.

Our flight was canceled due to the blizzard in the Midwest. I called to reschedule for the for 2 days later and was told I couldn’t reschedule and there was no refund. So I said screw you, I’ll just use someone else and hung up.

My idea of a private shuttle is to have someone waiting for me with my name so I can find them and make my way out of chaos. That was not the case. I had to walk around separating myself and family from shared rides. Finally someone asked for my reservation information and thankfully I walked out of a 2 hour wait line.
