The old airport, Mt E high school, dormitories, war history etc in that area. Eagle sightings, fishing harbor.

Seeing the bears having fun themselves in close distance was definitely Rm the highlight.
Eagles were great too but they just sit still so not as fun but still good to see them.
I hope we can stay an extra 30 minutes at the National forest though; May be the organizers can think about this?
I definitely recommend everyone to take this tour. If you are out or time, you should at least go to the fortress of bears!

Darryl, our guide, was a wealth of information. He was informative and interesting to listen to. His instructions were clear, and we had adequate time at each site. In fact, I think the tour went longer than expected.

Freedom of bears was our favourite.
More info could have been given in Raptor centre, advising of owl enclosure.
Driver needs to be more patient as most tourists 65+years. We realise time constraint applies.

Silver Lake, walk in forest, and walk around town were most memorable. Guide came back to starring point to pick us up for rest of tour when we were late. Really appreciated that.

We had a great tour guide (Yvonne) who was informative and friendly. We covered a lot of places in a short time. Fortress of the Bear and the Raptor Center were very interesting. Nice little nature walk and a couple of other stops along the way. Small group of only 9 people. Good value for the price.

The tour to the different areas was great, but Steve, our guide, was in so much of a hurry. I know he just wanted us to get thru the tour because of driving to the different places, but then the tour time should be adjusted to take that consideration. It would have been a better tour with another 1/2 hour of time.
