Of course please consider that the ruins will be open in the morning starting from 09:00am and this tour lasts for about 6 hours (2 hours in Pompeii ruins + 2 hours in Herculaneum ruins + 30 minutes of free time). So the morning hours are suggested as departure time from your Hotel etc.
