Our driver/guide Dika was impeccably punctual, parking off a very busy road to collect us from our hotel. He was very courteous, polite, and helpful, assisting me in crossing and getting into the vehicle as I have a spinal injury affecting the use of my legs.
He was very willing to chat about his life and outlook on Bali from the perspective of a young professional. He was engaging and forthright, and it made the long drive go by quickly.
The sights he took us to see were stunning, and the areas provided for Instagram photography were not intrusive and he was happy to take as many photos as we needed to get a good one!
I had become very fatigued after visiting one location and walking a lot, so Dika let me stay and sleep in the car and accompanied my Mum as she saw what she wanted to see.
Dika was willing to go above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful experience and he was sincere in his desire to do his job well for the benefit of his guests. I would recommend this tour and Dika to anyone.

Had a wonderful day zipping around Bali on this superb tour. We were able to see four beautiful places, from the ocean to the mountains. Our guide Ketut was punctual, flexible, attentive, knowledgeable, and funny! He made sure we were comfortable and safe the whole time. We real enjoyed benefiting for his knowledge about the sites, the workings of traditional and contemporary Bali, and details of Balinese religious beliefs. We had the great experience of lunching at his favorite warung and having a delicious, adventurous, local meal. Definitely recommend this tour for individuals and small groups.

Great tour by smile bali tour organised just in a day notice. Our guide Ketut wasreally nice and experienced driver. He knows what people want to visit and takes really nice pictures of you. Good camera skills .
