Loved my visit to the Orsay! No problem meeting up and we could hear the guide through the headphones. Wish it was 30 minutes longer, but very interesting commentary. Beautiful museum with amazing artwork!

Violette was an incredible tour guide. Her depth of knowledge is amazing, she spoke about art and artists in great detail and provided many interesting anecdotes. She is obviously extremely passionate about impressionist movement and art, and she did a great job of sharing that passion with us. Her English is flawless, she was very easy to understand, and she delivered one of the top tour experiences I ever had.

Could not find the guide at the meeting place although we arrived early. Thousands of people…guide did not answer phone or text, called repeated and a company rep (in Asia or India) could not reach local office either. Finally bought tickets and audio guide from the museum. Paying Viator was a total waste of time and money. Meeting place needs to be more specific and guide or company need to respond to emails and phone calls!

Avi was an AMAZING guide. He made a long tour fun -- even for my teenager. He was knowledgable, comedic, and had a clear passion for what he did. I learned so much -- even though I was a student in France years ago and visited the museum multiple times then. A huge thanks for a wonderful tour!
