Terrible. Noisy, crowded. Many of the waxworks bore only limited resemblance to the characters they claimed to represent (Daniel Craig as James Bond was particularly poor).
Recommended time is 2-3 hours but the 90 minutes we spent ther was about 95 minutes too long

We visited the Blackpool version earlier this year & my daughter was most disappointed she missed out - so we promised her a visit when we were next in London…
The London version is quite pricey - £33 for a standard adult ticket if booked online beforehand (though we paid slightly less as we had a discount code). It is, however, very impressive. Not only do they have a huge range of models (including many ‘current’ celebs such as Drake, Taylor Swift and Dua Lipa); they have some impressive ‘extras’ that are included in the entry fee & not present at the Blackpool one:
1. ‘The Story of London’ ride which takes you from the plague & the fire of London, through Tudor times, the Victorian era & the Swinging 60s
2. A (new?) 4D cinema experience showcasing Marvel characters such as Spider-Man & Thor
3. An interactive dungeon type experience with noted criminals such as the Krays & Jack the Ripper (this is quite scary for young children but I think you can avoid it!)
All in all, it is worth a visit - despite the price. We were in there close to 2 hours altogether & we could’ve stayed longer. It was VERY busy though - so it is essential to book ahead (get ‘fast-track’ tickets if you hate queuing).
Other points to note:
- The museum is easily accessible from the Baker Street Tube station
- There are lots of (clean) toilets throughout the museum
- The gift shop is quite expensive
- I can’t comment on the food / drink as we didn’t purchase any (they were selling popcorn for the Marvel show which I thought was a nice touch)

It was the best experience i have ever had in my life. Wonderful and worth the money each penny i soent on my ticket. Just a wow experience of a lifetime

Nice place, kids loved this. que was not too long. However did get busy. Nicely designed and a must see specially for the kids. The ride at the end was very nice and fun. We think best part.

It was SO CROWDED
You can’t take a clear photo
You can’t go anywhere
You can’t read about the figure
People stopped in the middle of a VERY NARROW path to take photos
It is VERY OVERWHELMING. It’s loud . It’s got flashy colourful lights. It’s very busy .
You kind of HAVE to go through every exhibit to get out.
The taxi ride thing BROKE while we were on it and got stuck for 10 minutes .
It’s so crowded that in the event of a fire or other emergency it would be unsafe!
The ONLY good thing about it is the MARVEL 4D SHORT FILM AND EXHIBIT.
Wich is right at the end.

The whole place was so crowded that it was impossible to go anywhere or take a clear photo .
People had to stop in the middle of the very narrow path to take a photo.
The taxi ride broke and stoped for 10 mins while we were on it.
No map was available and it was difficult to find toilets.
It was so crowded that in the event of a fire it would be seriously dangerous!
Not worth money or wait.
The only good thing about the whole place is the MARVEL exhibit that’s right at the end ,and you have to go through everything else to get to it.

Far too busy. If they would let slightly less people in it would be an amazing experience as it really good. But we couldn’t get close to any of the exhibits in the first two halls. I was actually worried my 7 year old was going to get crushed.

All the experience was amazing. The kids enjoyed a lot visiting the museum. The 4D X experience was absolutely wonderful . We recomand visiting this museum to all .

over priced and half of it was under construction so all done in under 1hour 30minutes. A lot of celebs have been removed i assume due to space constraints with the construction work

Been here a few times but very disappointed today. Eventhough price of tickets have gone up the value of the trip has gone down. Much of the site seems to be under construction and many long standing statues no longer appear such as David Beckham, prime ministers etc. Very few statues to see so you will be disappointed for sure.
