We loved that the tour was just the 2 of us sisters, it made it really fun. Our tour director was amazing! She showed us a lot of cool places and gave us options on what we wanted to do multiple times, which was very thoughtful. We really enjoyed talking and getting to know her over the course of the day :) I think if anyone has the chance to do this tour, definitely book it! I couldn’t imagine going and doing it ourselves.

Johnny was our guide for the day and from the moment he arrived to pick us up, he was so knowledgeable and informative. He has much patience and kindness. He was very accommodating especially with my 85 year old mom. This tour is ALOT of walking and stairs and amazing sites. We visited each village but one because we opted for a stop in Pisa. Don’t regret it one bit. It was all beautiful. Johnny took us to some great places and lunch was amazing. Nice spot to rest and enjoy great Italian food. We would definitely use Enotropea Wine Tours again for any future trips back to Florence. They do more than the tour we had. Had I known, we would’ve booked more. Can’t go wrong! Highly recommend!!!

We had a pleasant and memorable day on this private tour. Our guide Daria kept us interested and entertained throughout the trip and kept good care of us. Seeing the tour groups, it felt much more relaxing to be with a personal guide talking directly to us. She shepherded us through multiple small train rides and pointed out the difference between the towns. We have lots of photos of us together as a couple because she suggested different photo spots. Lunch was delicious too!

Good morning
I feel totally SCAMMED, our private excursion was a disaster, I don't know that they even remotely met the times in the agreed places, we spent not even 20 minutes in the first two lands and the same amount in the remaining three, 35 minutes and running to everywhere. The guide was not a guide, he was a simple driver recognized by himself, so a qualified guide and sommelier nothing at all. The lousy lunch, not near the sea, not food pairing, not seafood tasting, a simple slice of cheese with tomato and two plates of pasta to share between 4, we even had to fight to get dessert, so another deception. On several occasions we told him to go slower, that we wanted more time in the places to explore, but the driver I was more concerned with the train schedules than with seeing anything. We couldn't even take a bath, which they also offered in the proposal on their website. It's a shame that they say it's an experience focused on wines when they didn't give us any information about nothing. The times are well below what they specify in the itinerary. The money costs me a lot of effort to throw away, I think it is misleading advertising on their part, the details of the excursion and its itinerary, they should check with who They work before ripping off travelers

Our tour guide Daria was extremely knowledgeable. Very easy going and friendly, it felt like she was part of our family, that’s how friendly it felt !
I would definitely recommend Entropea tours to anyone thinking of using them.

Simply one of the best day trips from Florence. Angel was an incredible host that helped us navigate the entire Cinque Terre in one day. The day included boat and train rides through the Cinque Terre, followed by an amazing Ligurian meal at one of the local restaurants. Angel coordinated everything to avoid crowds and maximize our experience. He was a pleasure to travel with and we could not recommend him more highly. We’ll definitely be back!

If we were just reviewing our experience with Kristin, our guide, we would give this tour 5 stars. She was excellent!! Very pleasant to spend the day with and showed us a great time and wonderful experience of the 5 towns.
Only 3 stars because of the owner, Angel, who was not very helpful and seemed uncaring about the situation that we found ourselves in during the trip. The electric car that we were in had a MAJOR ISSUE with its ability to charge ( which he was well aware of before we left for the coast from Florence). We were trying to return to Florence but the car did not charge throughout the day. We were stuck in a small town, in the dark and in the cold, until it charged long enough to get us to a gas station that was a “super charge” portal. We ended up eating bread and packaged cheese and meat for dinner!! Not really worth the $1100 euro (dollars) that we spent. Arrived home 2 hours late and exhausted! Poor Kristen was left to apologize for something that she had nothing to do with. She did her best and we were grateful for her.
Worst part, no apology or email from Angel acknowledging the scary position that we were place in that evening.

My husband and I were so fortunate to find the perfect Cinque Terre Private Day Tour hosted by Enotropea. We couldn’t have asked for a more charming, knowledgable and local expert than our guide Daria. We never imagined that we would be able to get to visit all five ancient fishing villages in a single day - we are not as spry as we once were. But despite the crowds, Daria skillfully shepherded us by ferry and train to each one of these unique UNESCO World Heritage sites pointing out the most desirable post-card pretty sites topped off by a fantastic lunch of the freshest seafood I’ve ever tasted at a prime spot high on a hill overlooking Monterosso. Because of Daria’s familiarity with the locals, she is clearly a known and respected guide throughout Cinque Terre, our trip was hassle free and much more enjoyable than had we made our own arrangements. Truly a magical trip definitely worth every euro.
