Our tour guide, Eugene, was simply great and helped us to have a memorable day in the Casablanca valley. He was knowledgeable and passionate about the city of Santiago’s history. He was patient, answered all of our questions and he added entertaining anecdotes that brought the tour to life during our time traveling between the 3 vineyards. The tour was well-organized, and he kept us on time but also didn’t make us feel rushed so we could enjoy each winery experience. My spouse and I would enjoy taking another tour with him. We both speak English and Spanish and he made our tour bilingual which was uniquely fun.

A terrific time and learned a great deal, even for us in the Bay Area who have been to Napa, Sonoma, Mendicino, etc! The wineries were varied in specialty and the lunch restaurant particularly lovely. A wonderful day out from Santiago

Elias was an amazing tour guide! We learned about the agricultural goods from the area. He was a very considerate and safe driver. All 3 vineyards were really nice. Good tour and tasting at the first 2, followed by an excellent lunch at the third. We’d recommend this tour.

Memorable tour. We visited 2 excellent wineries for purchase, including a guided tour of the wine manufacturing process (with a wealth of details on the process and even grape tasting) and tasting of some wines. The tour ended at a third winery with an exceptional restaurant. Super recommended

Me and my friends visited Emiliana winery with Eugene in March and spent some great time there. It was a very serene and beautiful place with good wines and even some craft beers. And the alpacas are so cute and lovely 😍 This man knows how to organize good tours, I highly recommend going with him.

My wife and I booked a tour to Casablanca Wine Country to visit 3 wineries one of which also had a fantastic restaurant for lunch.
Turns out we were picked up right on time from our downtown hotel by our guide and driver Will and his wife Sylvia and it was just the four of us on the tour!
They were wonderful as guides and as people. Very knowledgeable and so friendly and interesting. All three stops were informative and the wines were of very good quality! So much so that our purchases may exceed our luggage limit to get them home.
We enjoyed everything about our day and highly recommend this tour to anybody that has an interest in learning about Chilean wine country.
Cheers!!

We had a great day with Elias visiting 3 wineries. He escorted us into each winery briefing the staff of our presence, and making sure we were well attended to. The day could not have gone better.

Eugene was a great guide promptly picking us up from airport hotel. He spoke excellent English and was accommodating when we asked to go to a different winery. He was very knowledgeable and had great connections with the various vineyards. We will be visiting Vhike again soon and will be calling him again!

Allow me to start off by writing that the winery portion of the tours was educational and delightful! Here’s my constructive criticism. The tour advertised 3 wineries- we saw two. The tour operator made a lunch reservation for us as Casa Del Bosque( which we did end up & I’d highly recommend). However , our driver Daniel took us to another roadside place and we insisted on going to Casa Del Bosque- not even knowing we had a reservation at Casa.. The vehicle was hot and we were sweating. I was actually getting car sick - which never happens to me. The driver drove exceedingly fast and over the speed limit ~140kmh. It was very uncomfortable and to which I said to him - I have a family / children that need me, so please be careful. He was polite when asked a question , but there was zero conversation, a hot car , and no bottled water. Yes - we still tipped him, but after taking other tours with exceptional drivers / guides ; I’d rethink that gratuity. He didn’t even get out of the car to say thank you when he dropped us off at our hotel. I’ve had more conversation with Uber drivers and felt safer. I’d also recommend the company hire people more mature that aren’t on their phones the entire time.
