Incredible place and yet quite somber me and demi were fascinated by the whole experience & of course so sad at the same time I'm so glad we did it to pay our respects for all involved.

impressed! the guide we had (Emmeline) did great, stillmoved when we think of it! we had some hussle to find the meetingpoint but the rest was great!

Particularly liked the small group. Just us and another couple. Craig was an excellent guide and was so interesting to hear about the impact on the immediate ground zero location. Perfect timings for the winter as you started in the day light then once you have been around the museum it’s dark and all lite up.

Alice was an amazing tour guide! She was so knowledgeable and full of meaningful information and stories. She was able to keep the tour informative and touching without it being depressing. We all have very deep memories of this day, and it is not easy to honor everyone’s losses while keeping the experience light and entertaining. I thought she did a wonderful job balancing the heavy topic and feelings with inspirational stories and a hopeful message for the future.

We took our teenage kids (boy & girl) and I would rate it as must see/do experience when visiting NYC. The museum/memorial is extremely well done to educate and remind us what occurred. I personally found it more emotional than I expected. Our tour guide was excellent and really added perspective on the experience.

Amazing Storytelling. I appreciated Ron telling the history of Manhattan and the Events of 9/11. He is very competent an easy to understand for foreigners
